Without a doubt the most professional car buying experience I have ever had. Rome was very patient with all of my questions. When I asked for some more pictures of the exterior of the car she sent experience I have ever had. Rome was very patient with all of my questions. When I asked for some more pictures of the exterior of the car she sent me a very comprehensive video within the hour. I was pleasantly surprised that the dealer fees were as low as they were. I contacted Rome,made an appointment within 2 hours,my wife and I selected a car ,they located our preferred Q7 in NMiami,we made the transaction including a trade in ,signed papers left a deposit.
