I was told it was a very odd failure by Tony Cardinale my service advisor. I paid Audi Naples to replace the cluster in April. In May, I was contacted by Tony that Audi wanted to fully reimburse me for the repair! An amazing outcome and they have always provided great service every time. I plan to be a long time customer. Audi of Naples absolutely knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. It’s clean, plenty of natural beautiful Naples sunlight, and well laid-out. But the key of any dealership is the people. Will t a valued customer. It’s clean, plenty of natural beautiful Naples sunlight, and well laid-out. But the key of any dealership is the people. Will they be pushy? Will they be slow to respond? Will they not be knowledgeable? Will they try to sneak something past me? Audi Naples was none of that. The team there went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, and were some of the least pushy, most honest, and most responsive folks I’ve ever met at a dealership, which was refreshing. Plus, I was picking up a car that had been a dream to me, and they ensured that the experience was every bit as special as I had hoped for all these years it to be. I have to shout out some specific team members; First and foremost, my sales representative was Gerosky Sainvil, and I cannot recommend working with him highly enough. I consider myself lucky to have gotten reached out to by him as I’m sure he gets requested frequently. Incredibly responsive, lots of pictures, videos, walkthroughs, documentation; you name it, he would provide it. And quickly. I had many many requests, stipulations, and questions, and Gerosky did everything in his power to accommodate them. At no point did he pressure me to move quickly with the deal, or try aggressive sales tactics. He was ready and willing to work if I was, but not overbearing. He even helped inform when there was other interest in the car (by my own request, this wasn’t him pushing) as I had been burned before by other dealers selling it out from under me. And then to top it all off, when I finally met him at dealership for the test drive, the guy is incredibly friendly, genuine, and professional. Mike Schmitt was the manager that I worked with, and all of my requirements and requests that were beyond what I’m sure is the standard scope of inquiry went to him. And there were many requirements, ave many requests. Mike worked with me on all of them. Sometimes compromising, often accommodating, but always honest in his responses. I was impressed with just how much he seemed interested in making this deal work, and did not feel like he was the guy there to say “no” He was also a pleasure to meet on my day of purchase, and appreciate the time he took to meet me in person. In finance, I met with Patti, and my measure of my finance experience is how quickly they get you out of there and how much run around they give you, and she was quick and no nonsense, a perfect finance experience. No “oh let me get my manger and make you wait 20min” or “you have to buy this protection package or it’ll be your biggest regret” Her philosophy was if you want to buy something, you will, and don’t push if you give a no. Very refreshing. Also worth mentioning was Kari, who presumably is their title and registration guru. She took care of all the titling, registration, etc, and made actually driving the car a breeze. Overall, a top tier experience from start to finish, and I’m very grateful for Audi Naples, Gerosky, Mike, and Patti for making my dream car purchase as special as it was. More
