As a former patron on Continental Audi, I have come to expect excellent service. I was not disappointed on my last visit to lease a new Audi A4. They also handled all the paper work, license and fees for me. I am a repeat customer and I am happy to do business with Continental Audi. More
Easy to work with and straight shooter. Close out deal within 30 minutes and finished all paperwork within two hours. Record breaking in my books. Very professional and kind. I've owned Audis consistently since the early 80's and have always had good & friendly service @ Continental Audi. I just purchased a 2010 A6 from them. My sales person,William Calderone guided me thru th have always had good & friendly service @ Continental Audi. I just purchased a 2010 A6 from them. My sales person,William Calderone guided me thru the entire process and explained all the details of the cars extensive operational features and settings etc. I'd recomend William to anyone interested in a high performance Audi! I worked with Bill Manrot - 630-388-1000 - who is a very nice guy (I was referred to by a friend). Easy to work with and friendly. However, he never did make any follow-up calls to me. Bill tried to sell me on the value, but I don't buy it when the price is that much different. I also HATED the tactic of the sales manager who knew I had a time constraint, but insisted on having Bill tell him my entire story (so I could hear) and then gave me a low ball offer on my trade in. I will come back for service, but that is it. More
I worked with William Calderon in 2003 when I bought my new 2004 Audi A8. I had a great experience. William is one of the most engaging car salesmen that I have ever worked with and his professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. I was shopping for the best deal at the time and I initially went to the Dealer where I bought my then current A8. He promised me the best deal possible. When I worked with William and Continental, they gave me the same deal including trade-in and it was $2000 cheaper. I have always wondered why car dealerships never seem to nurture a customer but figure that they will make only one sale and the customer will go elsewhere for their next purchase. Not so with William. His work before the sale matched his work after the sale. Initially, he even offered to pick up my car when it was in need of service. When I am in the dealership for my annual service, he always says hello and remembers my name and asks about my family, a trait very unusual in any kind of retail. I would highly recomend William and Continental if you are interested in a fair deal at a fair price with real care after the sale. My son bought a used Audi from William and is very satisfied. I have also recommend several friends to the dealership and William. More
Dan was super easy to work with. I wanted an S5 and they were difficult to find. I went to another large Audi dealer in the western suburbs and the salesman wouldn't entertain ordering me one. He had an A5 on the lot he said he'd cut a special deal on for 7k over MSRP. I walked away. Few days later I stopped in Continental on lunch, Dan said he could do it and we were done in an hour. It even showed up a couple months early. Couldn't be more satisfied with their customer service. More
Viktor worked on difficult deal as we were trading in a 6 month purchased elsewhere we were unhappy with. We ended up in an Audi Q7, and all is well. When arriving at the Audi dealership the day I leased my A4, I was not anticipating driving away the same day in my new car. The service staff at Continental are best in class. Ryan Billets(service mgr) and Mike Pucker(Audi Tech)are incredibly knowledgable and professional. They performed several upgrades to my new S5 including STaSIS challenge edition pkg including ecu, brakes, suspension, exhaust, swaybar, etc. They will take care of your car as if it was there own. Viktor Hadjiev(Audi Sales)does an incredible job of also making sure even your service visits are world class. You leave the dealership confident of the work completed, and actually look forward to the next visit. I have several Audi's and after my experience with the Continental staff, I will not go anywhere else. More
