My salesman Boban spent a lot of time with me explaining all the features of the cars I was interested in while we did test drives. I never felt pressured or rushed. He was very knowledgeable about the car and went out of his way to find the car I wanted. After purchase he went over the features of the car with me and encouraged me to come back in a week or so with questions. I did my homework to know what a good price for the car would be and a fair trade in. They met my expectations on both and the purchase process was painless.
