Amazing car buying experience I came to the dealership as a result of receiving offers for my 2011 A5 Cabriolet. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by Amy and Victoria. Amy did a great job of showing me the new 2108 A5 Cabriolet. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. Victoria was extremely knowledgeable about the various features of the car and was very good at explaining how everything works. Eric Matway did an outstanding job of finding a vehicle in the color that I wanted. When I took delivery of the car they had a big red bow on it. It was just great doing business with this dealership. In this day and age of everything being done online, its nice to have a an exceptional experience where the customer comes first and you are treated in a courteous and fair manner. More
