First - Mitch - he is extremely knowledgeable and committed to the client experience. Much to our disappointment we did not find our Audi Q 7 through your dealership. However, Mitch continued to assist us with questions we had about the car we bought. He didn't have to respond to any of my inquiries given we weren't buying a car through him however he did and he even responded while away in Germany for work. That's above and beyond. You have a fantastic employee and I hope we are able to give him our business on our next purchase. So since I wasn't able to get the car through you all - we came to you to get our Audi extended warranty as well as some extra accessories - mats, etc...This bring me to my experience with Jason. He took the time to explain our options and made the process super easy. He also took the time to show me a few things on my new car that I wasn't sure how to use.
