Do not and I repeat do not buy here from out of state. Unless you use their financing or bring cash. This establishment is not interested in your money any other way. Here's what I mean. Got my own financing from my credit union that I have been with for 12yrs. Easy finance, great rate. Have check in hand for delivery. Wait...that's no good. How is a check from a federally insured bank with 5600 locations not good enough to buy a car at your dealership. I had to lose money on this deal cancelling a trip among other spends. I give one star because your sales people where nice people. Your policies affect your business. You should review your policies. Oh wait! You wanted me to run another credit app to use my check. Why would anyone be that financially irresponsible to take 2 credit checks for one loan? Very fishy to want a customer to do that. Good luck and hope you do better. Not good on this one. More

Amy Brooks was our sales person for our most recent purchase. She listened and zeroed in what we wanted. Her communication was relevant, timely and genuinely kind. When it was time to complete the transaction, all of the documents were in perfect order. It was impressive! There was no need for her to introduce me to people in the service department; Keith and Robyn have kept my previous car “just right” for 8 years. She did arrange an appointment with Dan Spero to address the new tech. A lot has happened in that department since 2013. Dan has been every bit as good communicating and helping me adjust to the new car as Amy was in finding it. When it is time to look for my next car I would definitely come back to Amy and am confident that she and Dan would make it happen. More
