This dealership is awful, especially after the sale. It's impossible to get in contact with anyone by phone as the line rings and rings. I purchased a used Audi, which was involved in a collision less than a week after purchase. My insurance company deemed the car a total loss and I cancelled the extended warranty with Sure-Guard Products International, who is Audi's warranty administrator and they refunded the dealership immediately. This dealership is now refusing to refund my money. They have breached the warranty agreement by not issuing the refund within 30 days and are now claiming they have up to 90 BUSINESS days to issue a refund. No regard for customer service after the sale!!! More
