Poor Customer Service Poor customer service, rude manager who doesn't know how to value customers . I gave my car for detailing and forgot my Ray Ban sunglasses in the car Poor customer service, rude manager who doesn't know how to value customers . I gave my car for detailing and forgot my Ray Ban sunglasses in the car . When I got my car back there were no glasses. I called so many times to enquire about it and got the same response every time that "we will check and get back to you tomorrow " but never got a call back from them. After trying for 1.5 weeks I went to the Audi Morton grove location to talk to the manager . Eric ,the manger, offered me 50 bucks gift card . Since when do you get Ray Bans for 50 bucks .When I told him the price he started playing his employee trust card as if I making this stuff up . Super pissed and terrible experience I had at this location. Never expected this from Audi . More
Great Service from the "new " Morton Grove Audi. Dealership. I don't usually write reviews, but since the ones on this site are almost two years old I thought I would tell you about my experience with McGrath Au I don't usually write reviews, but since the ones on this site are almost two years old I thought I would tell you about my experience with McGrath Audi. I moved from out of state to the northern suburbs of Chicago 2 years ago and went to the "old" McGrath Audi for service on a co-worker's recommendation. The dealership was a bit outdated but my experience with the service people was really good. The new dealership, however, is unbelievable. What a change.....The people are still great, just as before, and the service is far better than the great service I received from them at the old building. I am convinced that they were a bit overwhelmed by the number of Audi's they were selling, but the new building is awesome and so are the people. If you ever need service for your Audi, give them a try. You'll say they're awesome too. Ginger T More
ATTENTION!!! EVERYBODY READ THIS! MR. MCGRATH PLEASE READ THIS! First of all I'd like to say that I have never experienced anything like that ever in my life. Being a small business owner I understand how im THIS! First of all I'd like to say that I have never experienced anything like that ever in my life. Being a small business owner I understand how important is the customer satisfaction and the proper business etiquette. I would never assume that something like that might happen in a business of the size of McGrath Audi dealership. After a service visit on 24 January 2013 I went to McGrath to do the recommended maintenance. The service manager Terry Trickatt refused to give me service and literally told me to get out of the store. He advised me to take my car to a different dealership and said that I'm not welcome to the McGrath auto group. He repeatedly asked me why did I leave such a low score on the telephone survey that I filled in after my service visit on 01/24/2013. This whole conversation is happening in front of all the service advisors, waiting customers, receptionist and the cashier. I was in such a shock I was unable to speak. Then Terry asked me in front of everybody "Do you speak English?". I've never felt so humiliated and discriminated in my life. In my opinion surveys are created so that customers can express their experiences freely. Discussing an outcome of a survey in front of a customer and employees is outrageous and unacceptable. Refusing to give service to a potential customer based on a survey results is unprofessional and borderline insane. Tonight I was ready to spend more than $2000 service based on their recommendation but apparently I have to find a dealership with integrity and professionalism. If I was the owner of a large chain of dealerships in the Chicagoland area I'd be very careful who I hire and I would demand that they treat my customers with respect and professionalism. More

I still agreed to get some of the things fixed and do a 55K mile service. But after all that was done, the service guy did come to me saying i need to replace my wiper assembly because the wipers were too slow. guess what?? all it needed was some clean up and they started to work fine. and all this was after the 55K service which should have taken care of it. PLUS they told me i needed a new RACK and Pinion for my steering wheel because the fluid was leaking out of it. Again, the fluid was leaking from the hose and it needed a new $1 clamp. They were trying to fool me out of $1500+ for something that got fixed under $100 at a local service station. I would not recommend this place to anybody. More
This is a terrible place for service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I took my vehicle here for service. My new vehicle has 4 years or 50,000 mile warranty on it. So when ever I took my recommend this place to anyone. I took my vehicle here for service. My new vehicle has 4 years or 50,000 mile warranty on it. So when ever I took my car for service/repair under audi warranty, they make me drive up there two or three times to fix an issue. Keep in mind I always make appoints before I go. Other wise I know these people make stupid excuses. Any paid service they are ok at that time. If any issues that is under Audi warranty they treat me like I am getting something free from them. And they act like I am begging for mercy from them. One Service guy works there has stupid excuses, "like sorry Your parts are not in" . You have to come other day. Really,Why don't you call and inform me about that rather than drive up there . and wasting my time. It is not that hard. Be aware all audi customers!!. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR VEHILE McGrath will say,It won't cover under warranty , you have to pay $1100.00 from your pocket. I had an issue like that When my vehicle was only 10,000 miles on it. I called Audi customer care and Audi take care of my issue, instead of paying 1100 dollars to Mc Grath to fix it. More
