I have been going to Audi Morton Grove for over 10 years. Purchased both of my Audis from there. The cars are incredible but what keeps me going back to this dealership is Arian in the service department. Fi Purchased both of my Audis from there. Fir the first time in all the cars I’ve owned I truly believe in and trust Arian to give me the straight feedback. I am already talking about getting an EV when they start coming in but will look to Arian for his professional opinion. He steered me right with my current A6! More

Sino has worked with me on several service visits and has been upfront and honest about what needed fixed immediately for safety reasons and what could wait a bit longer. He always explained things directly and never tried to push a new car on me but recommended we looked because of how much money we put into fixing our A8L. When we finally bought the new car, he checked in to congratulate us and make sure we didn’t need anything. Always friendly, professional and honest. Love working with Sino although I hope to only see him at regular maintenance visits! More
