I will never, ever do business with this company again. Their extremely poor communication and dishonest business practices left me very frustrated. I am beyond satisfied with this dealership and service center. I purchased my car from here 3 years ago and was impressed by them then (Moe was my sales person at that time and he was excellent). Recently, I have had to bring my car in for some maintenance work and Randy S. in the service center has been amazing. I know my car is in great hands and his communication and execution is top notch. He is thorough and does his homework for you to make sure that everything is inspected including any potential fixes that are covered under warranty. He follows up to your calls and takes the time to listen to what is going on so he can guide you correctly and is always ready to get the car in to the shop asap if there is an issue that is time sensitive. I trust Randy and the team here and they have literally saved me thousands when another mechanic tried to charge me for something that was covered under warranty. Dealerships can be intimidating but people like Randy & Moe are the reasons why I will continue to both buy my cars from here and maintain them here. Huge kudos to them! More
