I found the car online on Car Guru and called the dealership . The salesman, Dan Hoxhaj, met me on his day off to show me the car and answer all my questions and concerns. I ended up purchasing the car the following day. Not only his excellent service, but the fact that the dealership itself provides so much to it's customer post purchase were my deciding factors. I highly recommend that people visit this dealership and ask for Dan. More

I called so many times to enquire about it and got the same response every time that "we will check and get back to you tomorrow " but never got a call back from them. After trying for 1.5 weeks I went to the Audi Morton grove location to talk to the manager . Eric ,the manger, offered me 50 bucks gift card . Since when do you get Ray Bans for 50 bucks .When I told him the price he started playing his employee trust card as if I making this stuff up . Super pissed and terrible experience I had at this location. Never expected this from Audi . More

Great Service from the "new " Morton Grove Audi. Dealership. I don't usually write reviews, but since the ones on this site are almost two years old I thought I would tell you about my experience with McGrath Au I don't usually write reviews, but since the ones on this site are almost two years old I thought I would tell you about my experience with McGrath Audi. I moved from out of state to the northern suburbs of Chicago 2 years ago and went to the "old" McGrath Audi for service on a co-worker's recommendation. The dealership was a bit outdated but my experience with the service people was really good. The new dealership, however, is unbelievable. What a change.....The people are still great, just as before, and the service is far better than the great service I received from them at the old building. I am convinced that they were a bit overwhelmed by the number of Audi's they were selling, but the new building is awesome and so are the people. If you ever need service for your Audi, give them a try. You'll say they're awesome too. Ginger T More
Lied, Owes me Money and Failed to Register my Car First, our buying experience was poor. We spent at least 5 hours on site to close a deal when we knew exactly the car we wanted to buy before we arri First, our buying experience was poor. We spent at least 5 hours on site to close a deal when we knew exactly the car we wanted to buy before we arrived, and spent minimal time negotiating (maybe 20 minutes). We found the car online, and drove to Chicago to purchase the car. Second, because we were out of state buyers (from Indiana) we were told we had to put a $2,000 deposit down that we would get back as soon as we obtained and sent back a VIN Verification Report. We did not get the money immediately after completing our responsibility (which we overnighted the completed VIN Verification Report the Monday after our purchase --- oh yeah, did I mention we had to pay for this report out-of-pocket?). Instead we had to call, call and call again until we finally got our money back 3 weeks later. Third, we were told that since we were out of state buyers, McGrath was required to collect wheel and excise tax and registration fees from the sale to remit to the Indiana BMV on our behalf. After no communication of the money and forms being remitted to the Indiana BMV we called, called and called again, and were told that it was in the hands of the Indiana BMV. After calling the Indiana BMV two days after our temporary plates expired, we were provided evidence by the Indiana BMV that in fact they had just received the paperwork from McGrath the day we called. Come to find out, McGrath only registered plates for 3 months, not a full year, and only remitted approximately $200 of the nearly $900 they took from us when we purchased the car. Again, I am calling, calling and calling again to find out where my money is, and in the mean time I have to drive with expired temporary plates until I get my plates from Indiana BMV. I was told by the Indiana BMV my other option is to renew my temporary plates for a fee (which McGrath claims is illegal and said they could not do for me, while the Indiana BMV says in fact you can --- McGrath's solution was to tell me to drive with the expired temporary plates and hopefully I wouldn't get pulled over). Any good lawyers out that that can help me --- there has to be a breach of fiduciary responsibility here somewhere. More
