The dealership was very busy that day and I made an appointment through Lacey to see the used cars. I was connected with Clay Vesser, who made my experience a very enjoyable one. Clay is a real ball of energy and he got me the car information, the window stickers and ran to get all the cars ready to review. It was such a busy day at the dealership, but Clay took all the time needed for test rides in three of the four cars and answer all f my questions on the cars. He was very knowledgeable on all of the cars and happily answered all of my questions. I found Clay to be exceptionally personable and eager to help me understand everything about the dealership and each car. I would highly recommend Clay to anyone looking at cars at Morton Grove due to his preparation, energy and positivity. I beehive Clay will prove to be a very valuable employee to the company. In the end, I did purchase a used Audi at another dealership simply due to the features and the price of the car. I have no doubt that when the time comes to consider another Audi, I will definitely seek out Audi Morton Grove and Clay Vesser. More

Ultimately, that significantly influenced my buying decision and it's the car that's sitting in my garage now. In addition, Al and the staff didn't pressure me into a decision when I wasn't ready, and that's a big part of why I came back when I finalized my decision later. Love the car! Thanks for the help! Poor follow up and response Started at their website clicking for "ePrice", which serves no purpose other than to get your contact details so they can call/ email you. Initially they replied quickly via email and called me. They wanted me to come into the dealership for a test drive, which for me was not necessary as I know the vehicle from having just returned an A4 lease. I asked for photos and the price to be sent to me. Then I received an email advising the car wasn't even on their lot yet! Thankfully I didn't waste my time going all the way to the dealer. I made it clear that I wanted to sort everything out over email/ phone. I've asked several times since 21st Feb for when the vehicle will be in and the 'out the door' price. Emails go unanswered for hours and I left a voicemail for Cindy the Internet Manager on 27th at 5pm which has not been returned as of 5pm 28th. I expected better from an Audi dealership. More

Down to Earth, overall Great Experience. I was in Chicago from the Twin Cities for the weekend to celebrate a birthday and been looking in the market for a used Durango. Paperwork is always the least favorite part but the relate-able conversations help passed the time, and was given a full tank afterwards.
