Walked right in and was kindly approached by Dan Hoxhaj. First off, Dan H. is an excellent Audi Specialist who provided top-notch service throughout the entire process. He is exceptionally polite, highly knowledgeable, and professional. Simply put, it was a great pleasure to work with him because he made the experience all about me, the customer. Walking in, I already had a car in mind that I thoroughly researched and brought the car to his attention. He did not hesitate to jump on the opportunity to reinforce my current understanding on the car, and was enthusiastic to inform me on details that I did not know. That is, he was transparent with me and earned my respect. I explored different dealers for my car, and felt that they were just repeating a script to try to convince me to purchase the vehicle, as per their job. So when I asked about past problems with the vehicles (because I did my research and this was my first car), they looked at me with a blank stare like the vehicles were divine. However, Dan H. surprised me because he readily acknowledged the issues and informed me how they were handled. A test of sorts, but I knew then I could trust him. So when everything was said and done, I drove out with my first Audi thanks in large part due to Dan H.! Furthermore, I can not say enough about the service that Dan H. provided. After having the car detailed, there was a left-over silver spray area on the right-side of my Audi. Dan told me to come in on Monday to have it buffed and removed. So I came in today, without an appointment, and had the area buffed. Dan personally approached Randy, a service consultant at the dealership, and explained the situation. Within thirty minutes, the car was ready! Amazing service! On a side note, the facility is well maintained so waiting for my car at the facility was not an issue for me. Bottom line, Dan Hoxhaj provides a first-rate experience for purchasing an Audi. Without a doubt, I highly recommend him to any individual who is looking to purchase an Audi at Audi Morton Grove. Great Deal and Great Customer Service I never expected the car buying process to be this easy. First of all, Ramzi was great. He really knows his cars and genuinely seems to care about what's best for you. I never felt any sales pitch or pressure and he gave me space look at my own pace. He even let me take a test drive by myself for as long as I wanted. When it came to negotiating the price, this was totally unexpected. I came in with a price that I thought was fair, got some quotes from other dealerships through Truecar.com, and was not planning to go above that price. So what happened? I got an offer LESS than what I was hoping to get and was given an additional $1500 off because I had a competitor's car. The car wasn't going to be ready for a couple weeks, so Ramzi looked to see if he could get me one sooner. He found one but it had some extra upgrades, but gave it to me anyway for the same price! I still had to wait a week, but the next day I got a call saying they had the same car available that day, but it's an S-line (another upgrade), but they would keep the same price. I wasn't able to pick it up until the next day, so what did they do? They brought the car to my home 2 hours later, driving into the city in rush hour traffic. I mean, who does that? By the way, I love my Audi and it is everything and more than I ever wanted in a car. More
