I'm in sales myself and will say that it was not the type of transaction a lot of people typically dread at the car dealership, myself included. I made the appointment Tuesday night to come in, and when I walked in Wednesday morning at 9am I was instantly greeted by Jose. I had a brief chat with him and was introduced to my sales guy, Omar - Younger guy, super friendly, and willing to work for you. I was on a tight timeline and Omar was extremely accommodating to my schedule and was not aggressive in the least bit. Did the usual, test drive / talk some numbers / details, etc., and told them I wanted to think about it as I had a late morning meeting I needed to get to. They said no problem, we shot a few comments back and forth after the drive, and no questions asked, I was out the door. Fast forward a few hours, text Omar and told him I was coming back in to sit down for a few. To my surprise, the first thing they asked was not about the car or whether I was buying it, but about how my meeting went? I can dig that... We then talked some numbers, it all worked out, got a great deal on an absolutely beautiful 2014 Lexus IS350 F Sport, and couldn't be more excited about my new ride. I also got a tour of their new facility, comp'd a few oil changes, as well as a few other perks for doing business with them and becoming a first time customer which was refreshing. Told Omar I actually couldn't take the car home that night and would have to pick it up Friday, since I didn't have a way to get my car back to the Chicago and drove to the dealership myself in my other vehicle. Omar offered to drive my car over an hour back to the city for me in gridlock traffic... Talk about top shelf service all the way through and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle. More

Clay was the perfect salesman, answered all my questions, articulate, not overly aggressive, professional from beginning to end, and importantly allowed me to examine the cars at my own pace. I wish all car dealerships had more sales people like Clay. After I made the decision to purchase my car, the finance team, Chris and Adam did their best to accommodate my budget. It was a grueling three hours, some back and forth but through it all, they smiled and stayed professional. By the time all the documents were signed, it was 11:30 at night, but Adam and Clay stayed to the end to be sure I had everything I needed. Al was very helpful throughout the car buying process and I appreciated the fact that he did not try to "sell" me on another vehicle. Having watched the market for several months, I knew exactly which S4 I wanted, and Al made my wife and I feel very comfortable throughout the process. After talking figures with Al and Reny, we agreed on a fair price for both parties. Audi of Morton Grove has a beautiful facility and the level of service that I received during my time there has certainly left an impression on me.
