The dealership was very busy that day and I made an appointment through Lacey to see the used cars. I was connected with Clay Vesser, who made my experience a very enjoyable one. Clay is a real ball of energy and he got me the car information, the window stickers and ran to get all the cars ready to review. It was such a busy day at the dealership, but Clay took all the time needed for test rides in three of the four cars and answer all f my questions on the cars. He was very knowledgeable on all of the cars and happily answered all of my questions. I found Clay to be exceptionally personable and eager to help me understand everything about the dealership and each car. I would highly recommend Clay to anyone looking at cars at Morton Grove due to his preparation, energy and positivity. I beehive Clay will prove to be a very valuable employee to the company. In the end, I did purchase a used Audi at another dealership simply due to the features and the price of the car.
