I was pleasantly greeted by the manger and waited for a salesman to assist me. After a test drive and speaking with my salesman and his manager, we worked on a deal that sold me the car. Reny the sales manager and Chris Lopez my salesman we’re very happy to accommodate me in purchasing our new car. They were very considerate and polite. It was the easiest transaction I’ve ever experienced in buying a car. They were very curtious and understanding. I highly recommend stopping by and speaking with them refrain new or used vehicle. Again, a busy Saturday late morning with many other possible buyers, yet Scott was attentive and made sure I was being moved through the process. I would consider this dealership again and have recommended others to seek out Scott to review inventories and possible purchases. All personnel were professional and patient in the entire process. I have been back for my car washes and some recall work; all went well! More

I didn't know a car deal could go this wrong. Buyers beware! I purchased a Certified Audi A7 2015 from Audi Morton Grove with the salesman (Meet Nayer) and used car sales manager (Reny Benyamin.) I paid more for I purchased a Certified Audi A7 2015 from Audi Morton Grove with the salesman (Meet Nayer) and used car sales manager (Reny Benyamin.) I paid more for the certified vehicle because it is ensured at purchase and up to 100k miles bumper to bumper. I noticed damage to the passenger front door. Reny assured me they would pay to fix the damage in full through a local Audi dealership in Kansas City. I have this in writing. Its $2000 in damages, and if it had been fixed prior through the previous owner, it would have rendered it "certified." The local Audi in KC contacted them through email and left phone messages with no response. I have complained in writing multiple times, to my salesman Meet Nayer and left phone messages with Reny and the General Manager with no response. I have other people contact them on my behalf who were also ignored. I believe they may have sold me the car for more knowing it was no longer certified at a higher cost and false warranty. A larger issue at hand, I was given a temporary tag for 30 days twice while they attempted to register my vehicle. This is Jacki Saliba's responsibility. I have many corresponding emails, ignored emails, and a recorded phone conversation. She dodged my called for weeks and even admittedly forgot about registering my vehicle and sending me an additional temporary tag. I have had to drive/not drive without tags or registration for months. She refuses to register it to Arkansas (which is my permanent address) and I am moving back there this month. She refuses to send me the documentation to allow me to register the vehicle myself. This has prevented me from driving the vehicle and has also greatly disrupted my income. My last email stated her refusal to register my car was going to result in me getting a third party involved. She still will not email or return calls. Lastly, at the end of the purchase I asked for copies of all the paperwork. I was handed a USB jump drive and was told this is how they serve all their customers their purchase paperwork. The jump drive is empty. This is very concerning. I have already put around 20k or more into this purchase and do not know if its truly certified, 2k in damage, no registration or license plates, and no way to accomplish this on my own.I have now involved 3rd parties to handle this issue. These are only the major issues I have faced. Other broken promises, flat out lies, and basically the worst customer service I have ever received should be duly noted. I am dumb founded by this experience. More

Don't buy a used car I bought a used Volkswagen GTI, and the car is pretty solid. Runs good, but there are a few cosmetic issue. The door handles fall off frequently, but they pop back on. Also, once I took the car to the wash, all the flaws appeared. There are yellow scrape marks, and lots of scratches that were hidden well. I was okay with those things, but when I reached out about this stuff, I get no response. I've called 4 times asking to ask someone about the warranty and they never answer or return calls. I've also called for questions about financing to confirm that everything went through correctly on my end, but I can't get through at all, and I never get a call back. I've tried to call to setup a time for my free car washes and I get no response. However, when you're trying to buy a car everyone is responsive, and caring. Long story short, once you have the car they suck. Support is terrible, and they hide a lot about their used cars. If I had a friend looking to make a big investment in an expensive piece of German engineering, I would recommend another dealer. For the price I'm paying, and for all the extras and warranties I was promised/paid for, I'm not happy that I don't receive any support. I wish I could list out the people who have helped me, but I dealt with so many different people. And I was on the fence about buying the car that they had me dealing with 4 different "sales managers" and I couldn't keep their names straight. I think I marked down one of the guys I dealt with, but it's hard to remember. For the price of the cars, I would go to a different luxury car dealership. With what I'm paying, I expect quality service for the time I own the car. Or at least some service. I've literally been given none since I bought the car 3 weeks ago. More

They try to tell you that everyone signs it and it's a totally standardized form, while including a massive finance charge on your used car. The only good thing happened to me is my buying experience(Clayton Vesser Salesman). They assigned a good seller in 15 min to me even though I reached the dealer location without appointment. I didn’t bargain a single penny and bought the vehicle. On very next day, I realized that I had taken the worst decision of my life by buying this car. I started getting lots of vibration/unwanted sound coming out of the vehicle that really irritated me. I couldn’t recognize that sound during test drive (maybe due to I drove in a much smoother road and radio was on). I am not having a pleasant driving experience at all after paying 32k for just 3 years old car driven only 30K miles. Before this case, I had a 4 years old car and I had never ever experienced this type of sounds coming out of my vehicle. Worst part is I paid additional $665 for door edge and water spot protection. I assumed that it was already applied while they put it for sales (salesman confirmed it too). Just day after there was rain and I could see water drops mark all over the vehicle and also, door protection were not put in place. Now, I regret my decision. More
