I’ve had a very bad experience with the customer service team at Audi Morton Grove this week and would recommend avoiding this dealership. I purchased a car from McGrath Audi this past Saturday and work team at Audi Morton Grove this week and would recommend avoiding this dealership. I purchased a car from McGrath Audi this past Saturday and worked with Steve and Jasmine. It was a pre-owned, off-lease and was really excited about the car. After finishing up the paperwork, and paying all-cash for the car, we were finally given the key (not keys) and told congrats. Not even a spare key! Yay, right? Wrong. This was where the headache begins, we asked about the 2nd key and Steve told us he’d look for it around the dealership. We followed back up on Monday (with Steve) and was told the 2nd key could not be located. Steve and Jasmine’s proposed solution would be to sell us a new key at the wonderful price of $200. Let me ask you this, if you were a McGrath customer would you ever assume a car should NOT come with 2 keys; or would you believe McGrath being a reputable Audi dealer selling an off-lease Audi should disclose this information to the valued consumer? Now the dealership is completely ignoring our calls and emails to discuss the resolution. Here’s the rub, the fact that the car only had one key was never disclosed during the entire sales process or price negotiations. This was only shared with us upon handing the keys over and after writing a ~$21,000 check!! More

Now they want me to come up with the $$ More

THEY SELL YOU A CAR AND THEN BLOW YOU OFF! --LIKE BUYING FROM AN OLD TACO BELL TURNED CAR DEALER ON THE CORNER. Hands down the worst experience buying a car I have ever had. Lets start with --LIKE BUYING FROM AN OLD TACO BELL TURNED CAR DEALER ON THE CORNER. Hands down the worst experience buying a car I have ever had. Lets start with the sale of the car. They tried selling me a used car without the rear entertainment system working and said "use an iPad" instead. I clearly said no, fix it. They agreed to fix it, and all else with the car was good so I purchased the vehicle and they kept it to fix. Then were 3 weeks late on the fix. When I finally got the vehicle I purchase the extended warranty for 60k additional miles and or 72 months. I needed to use the warranty on the brakes (only 2 months after purchasing the car, clearly it wasn't inspected correctly). And the warranty company told me that Audi of Morton Grove broke the contract incorrectly and simply needed to correctly send the new contract and I could file my claim. They said it literally was sending over the correct piece of paper. I have placed well over 50 phone calls and talked to well over 5 people at this dealer and not a single one will take the time to handle this simple task. THEY SELL YOU A CAR AND THEN BLOW YOU OFF! The finance manager named Abdul has no clue how to do his job, his boss Gene also wanted told me "Abdul is looking into it" when I spoke with and I tole him, not hes not, its been 2 weeks. He then said he would call me back that night, its been 2 more weeks and no call. The sales manager Jose said he would get his finance team on it, that was also 2 weeks ago. And I had the sales person go speak to Abdul a week ago and he said he would "call me tonight" and hasn't. I have left 3 messages and 3 emails for the GM Mike, and he hasn't taken the time to return either. THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. Don't let the nice showroom fool you. They will do everything in their power to sell you a car and then blow you off. I paid close to $3k for an extended warranty and then am out over $1k more for the repair that is supposed to be covered by the warranty but can't file a claim because this ridiculously lazy staff can't fax a piece of paper. I will say that Babalon the salesman is the only person I have interacted with at this dealer that is nice, helpful, and cares. Too bad he has no power to do anything or I am sure he would. More
Fraudulent, Smarmy & Just terrible people My husband purchased a used A6 with a clean car fax report at the time of purchase from Audi Morton Grove about 2 years ago. After noticing weird quir My husband purchased a used A6 with a clean car fax report at the time of purchase from Audi Morton Grove about 2 years ago. After noticing weird quirky things that should not have been occurring he took it to trade it in. To our surprise, we discovered the value of the car was WORTH 10k LESS than it was sold for. Extensive body damage was discovered by the evaluator to indicate it was in a bad accident, however, a layperson would have had no idea as the car looked fine. The car was purchased from auction and the Carfax report didn’t update until AFTER the sale. (Who knew there was such a delay in it updating?!). Audi refused to even split the difference on the loss. We took out a personal loan to pay off the 10k difference and are selling it. Unbelievable! Assuming Audi Morton Grove has equally qualified evaluators to determine their trade in’s values, they very FRAUDULENTLY sold a vehicle they KNEW was NOT WORTH what they claimed, at a price good enough to make one think they had to jump at it. SO Audi of Morton Grove, you set it straight. Is your staff severely unqualified to make a discovery easily found by another mechanic or are you just THAT FRAUDULENT, DECEPTIVE and UNETHICAL? I vote the later. GIVE ANOTHER DEALERSHIP your hard earned money and don’t trust the Carfax reports. More
Omar R Impressive Young Man I called Audi of Morton Grove regarding a low mileage BMW and spoke with their internet sales and they connected me with Omar Ramirez. I made an appoi I called Audi of Morton Grove regarding a low mileage BMW and spoke with their internet sales and they connected me with Omar Ramirez. I made an appointment for the following Friday but unfortunately I could not make it. I stopped in the following Saturday on a chance and met Omar and it was late and they were closing but he was nice enough to show me the car. No pressure sales tactic from Omar, I told Omar that I liked the car and would be back Monday. I gave him my info and off I went. He called me that Monday morning for a follow up call and I said I would be there but late, he said no problem. I got there he had the car ready and off we went for a test drive and I liked the car as soon as I drove it. Long story short I got a great sales guy who listen to what I needed and received a decent price for my trade. So no surprise I purchased the BMW. I was truly impressed with this young man and his level of professionalism. If you are in a market for a new or pre-owned vehicle I would highly recommend you see Omar Ramirez for all your automotive needs. More

Chris was very professional, knowledgeable of the various models/packages they had to offer. The test drive was was awesome, we were able to talk through a bunch of options and configurations. We were also engaged with Dan H, and he couldn't be friendlier. The dealership is very professional, efficient. We felt very attended to and engaged throughout the process. Awful experience Beautiful dealership filled with dishonest employees. I was told I was pre-approved and went in for test drive with the gas light on only to find out Beautiful dealership filled with dishonest employees. I was told I was pre-approved and went in for test drive with the gas light on only to find out they hadn't run my credit. Knowing my score is low I made sure several times I was pre-approved so I didn't waste my time. I was lied to and while waiting to see if they could approve me I found out the car was sold through an email from CarGurus. Three hours later they told me they couldn't approve me and the car was sold. Very shady staff. Unprofessional and put on a good act. Think twice before going here. Motoworks is a much classier organization that is honest. More
