We had some work needed on our 2012 Q7. We went a first We had some work needed on our 2012 Q7. We went a first time but they did not have the piece. They ordered the pieces and we went in for the repair We had some work needed on our 2012 Q7. We went a first time but they did not have the piece. They ordered the pieces and we went in for the repair a second time. After a 2h wait, we were told that the pieces ordered were in fact the wrong one. We we complained that they had made us waist a whole morning for no good reason, they said that they would come install it at our home. The person who came had the wrong pieces and could not do the work. They now have to order the missing piece (third round) and we will need to go in for repair. This level of disorganization does not reflect well on a luxury brand like Audi. It makes me wonder if this is the reason for which Audi is under-represented in Southern California compared to NY. If this is what we should expect going forward, we are not buying any other Audi. More

Every time I went there to have my car repaired I would spend several hundreds to thousands of dollars. The problems never got fixed. I kept going back only because of convenience and I regret it. The last time I had another problem with my A6 I decided to go to Newport Beach despite the distance and the staff there was nicer and had better integrity. I will never buy another Audi (I've had so many electrical issues with mine) and I hope I will never have to go back to Audi in Mission Viejo. I find that even the President or owner of this dealership does not know how to treat customers with respect they deserve. More

I took my used A4 cabriolet (CPO) in for a service, and while there, mentioned some small problem I was having with my top. department at Audi MV. When I went to pick it up a few days later, they not only had performed the service as expected, but I had a brand new top on my Audi! I have never purchased a car from them but have walked in and out of the sales gallery many times. I have never been hassled, in fact sometimes had a little trouble finding a salesperson to ask a question. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who takes the cars in for service. I think it is Jason; but whoever he is, he is very friendly and professional. More
HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! I was blatantly & admittedly discriminated upon by Craig Abelta & Ken Collins. After arriving for my 7am service appt & being told there were no loaner cars available(even thoug discriminated upon by Craig Abelta & Ken Collins. After arriving for my 7am service appt & being told there were no loaner cars available(even though requested at the time of making the appt), I watched another customer come in, ask for a loaner, get one & DRIVE AWAY! When I complained, I was told - "DO YOU KNOW WHO THAT IS?? HE IS A PERSONAL FRIEND OF THE OWNER!!" So apparetnly...the "no loaner cars available" only applied to me... More
