Damaged Front Passenger Seat after Service I just picked my car up from Audi Mission Viejo where it was serviced for several recalls as well as having the trim around the center console replace I just picked my car up from Audi Mission Viejo where it was serviced for several recalls as well as having the trim around the center console replaced - one of the recalls required replacement of a sensor pod in the front passenger seat. When I received the vehicle I immediately noticed that the leather on the front passenger seat was now hardened and damaged and brought it to the attention of my service adviser. John Hatcher the Service Manager later came out and said that there was no way that Audi Mission Viejo was responsible for the damage - even though they were the only ones in possession of the vehicle since I dropped it off. I understand mistakes sometimes happen but at least own up to them More

Last time I was in for service with another person, I complained about an intermittent problem I had with my Q3. I was told they couldn’t find the problem. This time Roy helped me. He was very patient and asked a lot of questions. Fortunately, his techs found the problem and fixed it. Needless to say, I am very happy! More
