Every time I went there to have my car repaired I would spend several hundreds to thousands of dollars. The problems never got fixed. I kept going back only because of convenience and I regret it. The last time I had another problem with my A6 I decided to go to Newport Beach despite the distance and the staff there was nicer and had better integrity. I will never buy another Audi (I've had so many electrical issues with mine) and I hope I will never have to go back to Audi in Mission Viejo. I find that even the President or owner of this dealership does not know how to treat customers with respect they deserve. More

I've visited Audi Mission Viejo due to several positive recommendations from friends--one being an owner of an Audi R8, who didn't buy it there, but raves about the service at Audi Mission Viejo. I've been researching the purchase of a new lease for about 4 months now, and have been in regular by weekly contact with Ryan Beavers at Audi Mission Viejo the whole time--along with several other dealerships in the South California area. Ryan was by far the most helpful, friendly, and patient of all dealers I have *ever* worked with--he was very informative and honest in all our conversations (email, phone, and in person)... The good thing about the email conversations, was there was no salesman pressure as you would get in person. And, of course with email, you have the luxury of verifying any claims--this was great. Ryan honestly answered all my questions through email stating exact figures, things that other salesmen would only disclose in person, usually inflate by exaggerated margins--mind you I verified all his figures on audiforums.com and http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/direct/view/ed_displayMakeRelatedDiscussions!make=Audi, and his quotes were top notch. In addition, Ryan went out of his way to get several standard fees removed, which he got in a bit of trouble for... PLUS, if that wasn't enough, he gave me his window tinting freebie from "A Terrific Tint", worth $250, BOOM! nobody does that!--btw they did a great job www.aterrifictint.com . Anyhow... Bottom line... Ryan Beavers was super great to deal with.... From all the quotes I got from other dealers, Ryan was the one who gave the cheapest (by a minimum of $100+ less per month) than all the others... plus he got rid thousands of dollars in regular fees, AND paid for the last month of my lease.... And it's fair to mention that after I got Ryan's really great quote, all the other dealers magically wanted to match it (when their initial quotes were basically really inflated).... And I also spoke to an Audi dealer in Texas that my friend personally knew (who verified that the deal I got from Ryan was excellent, and he couldn't do any better). More

I have always been very pleased with the service department at Audi MV. When I went to pick it up a few days later, they not only had performed the service as expected, but I had a brand new top on my Audi! I have never purchased a car from them but have walked in and out of the sales gallery many times. I have never been hassled, in fact sometimes had a little trouble finding a salesperson to ask a question. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who takes the cars in for service. I think it is Jason; but whoever he is, he is very friendly and professional. More
The team at Audi Mission Viejo are very well trained and knowledgeable about the product they sell and service. More over, they are not just typical car sales people that want o get the deal done, add in as knowledgeable about the product they sell and service. They make you feel like part of their family, and as a family-owned dealership, you can really feel that they are not part of a huge group. The owners Matt & Scott are more often than not on the premisses and will always great you with a warm smile and hand shake. Audi Mission Viejo is without a doubt the best place to purchase or service an Audi. We have bought 4 cars from them, and there is no reason why we will stop buying from them. More
I was very pleased with the service I received, especially from Paxton and Aaron. Paxton was the epitome of professionalism, providing all the information I needed to allow me to proceed throug especially from Paxton and Aaron. The entire process was efficient, smooth and hassle free. It appealed to my engineer’s process oriented nature. I never felt anything but at ease during the time I sent in the facility. Paxton even went the extra mile to get me a spot repair kit to take care of a small paint flaw and changed the tag fillers to ones that pleased my wife. As the car is for her, anything that made her happy was key; and believe me when I tell you she is ecstatic. I think she grins now even in her sleep. Aaron too was of great assistance in discussing financial arrangements and never made me feel rushed or pressured even though this was basically a cash sale. The time I spent with him was very pleasant. As I just purchased the car, I am unable to rate anything but the purchase experience. More
We are long time Audi owners(having bought 3 A8L's), and were excited when we heard that Audi was opening a new store in our hometown. So when it came time to replace our 2006 A8L it only made sense to give their sales team a shot and buy locally. I contacted a gentleman by the name of Ryan Beavers through the internet, and set an appointment to look at one of their existing cars. Ryan was very helpful in pointing out the features of the new model, and he was quite easy to work with once we decided to make the deal. We negotiated the terms quickly and without the usual new car sales back and forth with the "manager". He got the paperwork printed up swiftly, and were out in a very reasonable time period. He even called me up within a few days to see how I was enjoying my new car. I have been considering getting an A4 for my daughter, so I called Ryan again to see what was available. As before, he was very helpful and I will definitley work with him if we decide to go with another Audi. More
Horrible bully tactics. Salesbully I dealt with was RYAN BEAVERS. If you have to go to this dealership steer clear of him. Held up pics of his baby in front of me as I was deciding whether I wanted the car, telling me "she won't eat if you don't buy the car." Even if he was joking, this behavior was disgusting. He called me a liar b/c I had said I would sign that day if I got a good deal. This deal was HORRIBLE. Within 15 minutes after I walked out after being thoroughly insulted by this loser, I found a deal for the SAME EXACT car at another dealership for $150/mo less. Horrible experience. More
