We just completed purchase of a new S4 and we had a wonderful experience at Audi Mission Viejo. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs. He stayed late for us since we couldn't get there until after work. He even took us for a second test-drive to make sure we understood all the features. The financing process was quick and they answered our questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend this dealership and the internet sales team in particular. They were no-hassle with the price and very responsive to our calls. More

I went in here to look at an A5. I have already done my homework and knew where I would have comfortably driven off the lot with an A5. I already had my down payment and all required paperwork ready. I get on the lot and start looking around and nobody even greeted me. I went to the receptionist and asked for more information on the A5. When she goes to the sales man (his name was George Sanchez or something like that, I through away his card in the parking lot) he arrogantly looks at me as if I wasn't even worthy of his angelic inventory and grabs a brochure and his card (as if I would ever buy from an @s$hole like him) gives it to her. He never even came up to ask me any questions or to find out why or what my needs were. It was an extremely belittling experience and will never go back there again. Little did that arrogant salesman know I was ready to buy........he also had one of the dumbest looking haircuts I have ever scene in my life so obviously the guy has poor judgment. More

We were searching for a midsize car, looking at the Q5 as well as other brands, and we were not sure what we wanted. I don’t normally write reviews but I thought my experience with Audi Mission Viejo deserved to be shared. I don’t like visiting car dealerships and have had pushy sales people try to take advantag experience with Audi Mission Viejo deserved to be shared. I don’t like visiting car dealerships and have had pushy sales people try to take advantage of me in the past, so this time I requested information on the internet. Brian Hutchison responded to my request immediately, and since I was still on their website when he called, he was able to show me around their site while we were on the phone which was very helpful. After a couple of phone conversations I visited the dealership to see a pre-owned A4, which ended up being exactly as described and in immaculate shape. I didn't walk in ready to purchase on the spot, but was given all of the information I needed to make a decision and went for it anyways – I couldn’t be happier! The car was cleaned and filled with gas while I was finishing my paperwork with Aaron in Finance. Brian and the team of sales people all made me feel at home and I will definitely be returning in the future for service and future purchases. Thank you again Brian! More

To be honest, I dread having to buy a car- going into a car dealership and dealing with the stereotypical salesmen. I was greeted by Steve Hansler- I told him that I was interested in a new A4, so he started by showing me what they had available in stock. The entire time he was very informative, but what I liked the most is he wasn't pressuring me into anything. He was very aware of my likes and dislikes of certain features and respected that. I didn't buy on my first trip because I needed to think about it, again Steve was awesome and wasn't trying to force my decision. I did my research, went and looked at other makes and models, but no where else did I receive the amazing treatment that I did at Mission Viejo. I really felt like I got an awesome deal, and at the same time had such a good experience with Steve. I highly recommend both Steve and Mission Viejo Audi. More

The overall experience was pleasant and painless. I came in prepared on what was a fair price to pay and was agreed on very quickly with no last minute throw ins or add on surprises. Quality of the car is awesome - so between that pricing and service I have zero complaints. I was prepared for a battle but it wasn't like that at all. And it didnt take forever to get the deal done. overall satisfied! More
