My wife says I'm a very hard sell so Steve had to work to make it happen....and he did. MV Audi is very lucky to have Steve Hart on the team to deal with customers that have had poor experiences with other dealerships..... (Bonus - I was happy to see he didn't wear a goofy pinky ring). hahaha. We love the car!! Chris & Felicia More
Best car buying experience!!! This Audi dealership has the friendliest and most helpful people ever. Ask for Simon! I found this really nice A4 and I had already been approved by some bank that is supposed to help people with bad credit get a car, but when I showed Simon my rate he was astonished. He said he could get me a lower rate and he never gave up or forgot about me just because of my bad credit! He treated me like any other customer and that made me feel so great! I had to wait until the next day for their banks to respond but Simon and the Audi finance team really did it! They gave me a rate far lower than I had expected and got me into the car I wanted! Simon was so patient with me and never gave up! I didn't feel like just commission to him. Simon and Audi of Mission Viejo are amazing!!! Thank you Simon! More
Met Jeff at Diesel event. The dealership had no TDI Q5s for the event but Jeff followed up and called me when the dealership got some Q5 TDIs a couple of weeks later. My wife and I came in with limited ti for the event but Jeff followed up and called me when the dealership got some Q5 TDIs a couple of weeks later. My wife and I came in with limited time to spend and after driving the car gave the dealership one chance to make the deal including a trade in. Really had not planned to buy the car yet as I was thinking of waiting till April when the new BMW X5 Diesel came out to compare them. Didn't have the time to spend now to negotiate back and forth and told Jeff that. He obviously communicated well with the sales manager. The offer was a reasonable one and we made the deal. Got paperwork started then had to leave to get my 95 year old father out of Dialysis. Came back and completed paper work. Jeff gave us a brief overview of the car as we could not go through everything while my 95 year old father was sitting there. Jeff was kind enough to offer to set up another appointment to go through the car in detail. We did that a couple of days later and also had him review a couple of things one more time a week later. Jeff was very accommodating, positive and very knowledgeable about the technology in the car. I would seek him out to buy a car from him again. Everything about our experience was very positive except for all the paperwork that is required given we paid cash for the vehicle. More

This is one of the great dealerships. The purchase process was pleasant and not overly time-consuming or pressured. My contacts with the service department have been very satisfactory; the coordinator process was pleasant and not overly time-consuming or pressured. The process of obtaining a loaner vehicle is simple and quick. I can’t think of any complaints about this dealership and its personnel. More

This dealership is not committed to customer service/satisfaction nor do they respect you or your vehicle. ***** I've never been treated so poorly by any auto dealer like I was at Audi customer service/satisfaction nor do they respect you or your vehicle. ***** I've never been treated so poorly by any auto dealer like I was at Audi MV. After my last service appointment, one star is incredibly generous here. Recently brought my Q5 in for the15k service. Requested they also check the brakes as they squeaked when cold. Also, reminded the service advisor John Cosby to make sure my vehicle was washed and dried properly to avoid water spotting the paint (moonlight blue). I'll take of it he told me. When I returned to pick up my vehicle that evening I inspected it very carefully. My vehicle was in worse shape then when I brought it in. Water spotted paint and wheels, windows dirty and smeared, brakes still squealed and THEY PUT A 2 INCH LONG SCRATCH (into the primer) IN THE RIGHT FRONT FENDER! Had I not inspected my vehicle, no one at this dealership would have said a word and just hoped I drove it off the lot. When I brought this to the attention of the service advisor, he said we'll get it repaired and you'll never know the difference. I asked him why the new A7 that had just come out of service had water spots all over it, he said that was his customer and "HE WON'T LET US WASH HIS CAR". Smart guy. I hate having to learn things the hard way sometimes. If you care about your vehicle's paint and finish, do not let them wash your vehicle as they are careless and clueless about how to care for your vehicle. Speed is their only concern. The next day, I returned to speak with the GM only to be told he wasn't there. The GM is never available either by phone or in person which is very poor service. Instead, I was referred to the service manager, John Hatcher. I can only describe this guy as arrogant, defensive and uncompassionate regarding what his employees did to my vehicle. He just acted like "it's just a scratch". More to the point, it wasn't just a scratch. My vehicle had water spots on the wheels, rear bumper and front grille. When I pointed out what the wheels looked like, he never moved to look, just stood there like I was wasting his time. Arrogance! He never made any attempt to show compassion or to earn my business. So a week later, I get my vehicle back from Sterling Collision in Tustin. Scratch was repaired to my satisfaction. Upon further inspection, the repair is all they did. Audi MV only did the bare minimum, nothing extra was done to earn my business back. They didn't even replace the fuel "they" used while having my vehicle repaired. Furthermore, when I check the oil dipstick, it read about 1/4 low. They just changed the oil and filter! I wonder what else they didn't do but were supposed to. Where is the attention to detail and premium service one would expect from a premium brand dealership? It doesn't happen at this dealership yet they will send you an email requesting that you provide them a review of your service experience where they say 10 is the only acceptable score. xx! All talk and no action. Just half-assed service at premium prices. I bought the vehicle at this dealership less than a year ago and this is how they treat you. I will be taking all of my future business somewhere else from now on. You're taking your chances having your vehicle serviced at Audi MV. More
I am an avid Audi lover and the Mission Viejo dealership is the best for everything. I have purchased cars and serviced my cars there and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Luke Munsy is an excellent GM and John is a great Service Manager. Everyone at this dealership goes out of their way to really take care of me. They treat customers #1 and will do just about everything they can to really help you and make you feel so very special. I have worked with both Fletcher Jones and Newport Audi dealerships and the Mission Viejo is far much better dealership in service, sales and just a great customer satisfaction dealership. Overall, we were floored by the sales people. The friendly atmosphere made a buying experience a pleasure. The staff made us feel welcome. No pressure to buy. We would certainly recommend this dealership to others and assure them that it is worth the effort to make the trip. The deal was really great!! He was not "pushy" at all, which made the experience very comfortable for me and made me want to work with him that much more. After all the numbers made sense, I was in and out within two hours and I got what I wanted. I'm extremely happy with my new car and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.
