I get that a loaner is a privilege but I was told that I would need to return at the same level otherwise I would be charged $8/gallon. As soon as I drove off the lot it immediately dropped a level, which m would need to return at the same level otherwise I would be charged $8/gallon. As soon as I drove off the lot it immediately dropped a level, which mean I didn't even get 3/4 of a tank but I had to return it with the same level otherwise I'll be charged a ridiculously $8/gallon even though there is a gas station less than half a mile selling premium for $4.25/gallon at that time. I understand gas is more expensive out here than Colorado, but at least the Audi dealership put there allows for 1/8 of a variance. The only time that I was able to talk to my service consultant was when I dropped off my vehicle and when there was an up sale (potentially needed a new battery). Otherwise, I either got his voice-mail, which took awhile and I needed an answer so I spoke with Megan. She was able to call me back and provide me with the information needed then about 3 hours later I got a call from my service consultant. At least he did apply a 10% discount to my bill. When I picked up my vehicle, my service consultant wasn't around so I was helped by someone else. I did ask for the brake information that my consultant said he would provide but this consultant told me there is no information and just verbally repeated what my original consultant said. But I was in a rush to get back to work, so I dropped the issue. Was my consultant extremely busy and the only 1 working? I couldn't even get a hold of my consultant, so I left a voice mail as to when I'll be picking up my vehicle. I get that weather is out of anybody control. But when I got my vehicle it was clearly rained on and has water spots everywhere and the interior looked like the quickest wipe down ever. I used to live in Colorado and whenever I picked up my vehicle . They made sure to note the time I would be picking up, have the vehicle cleaned and in a covered parking area when I arrived. Even if it is a rainy day, they would tell me to drop it off anytime for a complimentary wash and quick detail anytime it was sunny. My biggest issue is whoever serviced my vehicle reset my trip. I know it is not a big deal to some people but it is a major deal to me. This is my vehicle not his/her vehicle. Respect other people's property and preference! Yes I went in for typical routine maintenance and oil change, then ended up changing the battery. I get they had to reset and reprogramming after the oil change and battery. I am most certainly sure that resetting the trip is not required and or necessary. They had no right to make the decision on resetting the trip on my vehicle! Yes, I'm quite upset about this matter. This is the first time I've ever gone this much detail. Normally if I have a bad experience I just don't review and find another place to service my vehicle. But I'm that upset and frustrated with your facility. By the way, the 2 reason I'm giving 2 stars is: 1) Megan! She was quite helpful and friendly. If I could only rate her separate from this service she would get 5s across the board while my service experience would get 1s. 2) I at least got a 10% discount because of the delay and etc but after picking up my vehicle in the rain, not being provided with the info that I was told regarding my noisy brakes and having my trip reset... that savings I got washes out the fact I'm going to have to pay to rehash and detail my car properly and needless gas/mileage to get my trip reset back to match my odometer. I had a warning light message in the dash that was faulty and they wanted to charge me a full hour of labor $210 just to diagnose the problem when it’s no more than 10 mins of work. After that then we would and they wanted to charge me a full hour of labor $210 just to diagnose the problem when it’s no more than 10 mins of work. After that then we would speak about cost to fix. Sorry, no one should be made to pay for time not being spent on their vehicle. More
