The whole experience I've had with this dealership has been great - from purchase, to new owner presentation/tour, and service. They are so attentive, eager to please - they make you feel like a part of their family. Dan, my service rep, took my car in and completed the paperwork and arranged for a loaner car in a timely manner. He kept me updated on what they were doing to address my concerns. I love the look of the Audi brand and I was interested in the A4: I stopped by one random Saturday and spoke to Steve Hansler. I test drove the A4 and also the A5 Coupe, both really fun to drive. Steve was very friendly and very knowledgeable of both cars. A month went by and I still had not made a decision on a car...then I saw an add for the Audi A3. It was meant to be: I waited and now a new Audi was being released. I loved the look of the A3 so much I stopped by on a Sunday even though I knew I could not but a car that day. I found Steve and I told him what I wanted on the A3 and asked him to get back to me by the next day so I could make a decision. The next day Steve went above and beyond with his communication with my hubby to make sure we got the best price around. After I got off work we went down and meet with Steve, he made sure we were happy with all the details of my lease he showed us everything on the car and made sure I loved my new A3. The finance person did a great / quick job making sure all answers were meet. Even though we were the last customers there at 10:15P.M we never felt rushed Steve made sure I was totally comfortable with the car before I drove it off the lot. Our overall experience with Mission Viejo Audi was exceptional and I would absolutely recommend M.V. Audi to everyone. More

The process from there was seamless, honest, and clear. John was very diligent and friendly. He spent time to explain the terms and workings of the car and in light of my rushed schedule offered to continue the tutorial on a following weekend. The communication leading up to taking delivery of the car was well managed by Chris and his responses to email and phone were prompt. I highly recommend both gentlemen at Audi Mission Viejo if you are buying or leasing a car. More

Always freindly and willing to accomodate my schedule, even when it has meant staying late so I could either pick up or drop off my car. They always provide a thorough review of the car and provide clear explanations of work done. Follow up calls after service to ensure all work was done to satisfaction and car is functioning well is a great service and much appreciated. I would recommend Dan and this dealership to anyone who wanted terrific service. More
Cant recommend them enough! Went into Audi Mission Viejo for some warranty work (I had a bulb out icon on my dash intermittently for a few months). A few days later I noticed that when the lens was re-installed the paint on the bumper had been damaged. Life got busy and it was almost a month before I got back in to get it taken care of. Despite the delay, Tom took care of me and had the bumper repainted. Stand-up guy and great service. I will only take my car to Audi Mission Viejo from now on. More

Wice was exceptionally helpful and polite in helping us with a used car for our daughter. He and Audi Mission Viejo went out of their way to include additional service and repairs to prep the car for deli with a used car for our daughter. The dealership absorbed those expenses as a courtesy to make us happy with an excellent value on our purchase. Since we also just purchased a Q5, we will make Audi Mission Viejo our dealer of choice. My experience with this dealership was amazing on every level and at every step along the way - from my initial visit and test drive to the purchase of my new A4 about 2 weeks later. Steve Hart was my sale level and at every step along the way - from my initial visit and test drive to the purchase of my new A4 about 2 weeks later. Steve Hart was my sales specialist. He was informative but not aggressive. Steve introduced me to George Estonactoc - another sales specialist that day. He said that George could always help me out if he wasn't in the dealership on a day I might need help. Steve gave me a quick courtesy call and sent a thank you note after my first visit. After doing some independent research on my own, I stopped by the dealership several days later because I had a couple of quick questions to help narrow down the options I wanted. Steve was not there but Simon Najafinia spent about 15 minutes answering all my questions even though I wasn't ready to make any final decisions. A few days later, I tried to reach Steve to arrange for my husband to come in for a test drive. He was having phone issues so he never got my voice mail message. I called and left a message for George who called me back right away. He was nice enough to give my message to Steve and arrange for the test drive the next day. Once I got my husband's approval on the car, I was ready to start negotiations. I was fearful it would be the same old routine of haggling back and forth on a price but I was wrong. Since I had done my homework, I presented what I thought was a fair offer. Steve went to his manager and came back in less than 5 minutes to shake my hand and tell me we had a deal. I was shocked. After a deal was struck, I negotiated a price for a trade-in. Again, it was a very fair offer so we decided to go forward with that as well. Of course, there was a lot of paperwork to get through but everyone there including Aaron MacSween, the Finance Manager made that part of the experience as streamlined as possible. My experience continued on the next couple of days. When I drove my car home that day, my husband noticed 3 fairly deep scratches on the front bumper as I was pulling into the garage. I called Steve first thing the next morning. He returned my call from home and I sent pictures of the damage. He arranged for me to bring the car in the next day. It turns out they think the damage happened at the dealership where they got the car from but the damage was bad enough that they provided me with a loaner car - a very nice and practically new A6! They treated me like royalty as soon as I brought my car in. I was swept from one department to another to get me on my way quickly and with as little aggravation as possible. EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. It was as if they all felt so badly that I had been inconvenienced so shortly after my purchase. Luckily I am pretty easy going and as long as I was being treated so well, I really didn't mind the hassle. Steve was busy with a customer so George helped give me some tips on driving the A6 since it has different options than my A4. These are the reasons I gave this dealership the highest ratings possible. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying an Audi. More
