Joe Cram and I had a fantastic car buying experience at Audi Mission Viejo. Everyone I dealt with was personable, helpful, and very professional. Joe Cram and Mitch Stayberg gave me a great deal on a Toyota Rav 4 that I probably would not have got anywhere else, and they gave me a great trade-in on my old car that I didn't expect. I would have had to go through a third party to sell it but Mitch offered to match that price and take it off my hands! That made everything go so much smoother, and I'm very grateful to him for that. I did have a few other opportunities on a Rav 4 elsewhere, but Joe's great personality and salesmanship really put it over the top. If I had to buy a car again Audi Mission Viejo would be the first place I would call. I'm very happy with my new ride! Thanks again guys! :) More
