One of the saddest moments of my life! Wished I could show ot with something less than 1 star! On Dec30th we approached the dealership to buy a full loaded A4! They showed the car and made the contract, when signing, nothing was disclosed! Theh gave us a used key and said we don’t have key and time to setup a new key tonight! They just made us sign in rush, when we were driving home, we noticed the car is not fully loaded!!! It was a basic car and we left the dealership at 9pm. So next morning we get back to dealership and issuing the problem, they Said, sorry! You signed the contract, there’s nothing we can do! The guy named Oscar, approached us and said: I have xxxxx and I stay on my word, I never said the car is fully loaded! My husband did not want to continue that disgusting conversation and we left. 2 weeks later after back and forth hundreds of calls theh finally set up a date to set the key of the brand new car to us! So my husband gets there and leaves the car, when getting back to them after another week, there is no bloody key ready yet! My husband gets angry and says: is this a joke? Seriously? And the sales manager, Vice, talking to his sales guy says: “go make sure this key gets done next time and out the old key in the trash, I’m sick of this guy and don’t want to see him here anymore” I never believed why mu husband did not say anything to this rude and unprofessional individual that moment. After complaining to Audi, another same level manager talked to us. Never arranged an “apology” from these 2 rude people from Audi. Never did anything to make us forget this and called us” why are you rehashing things! Its not a big deal that you keep saying to us!” We got the keys after 2 months. We never recieved the money back for the car we thought we are paying for but it wasn’t. We never get the right car! We never got an apology! And if Audi does not do anything about this, I can be their nightmare! Not gonna let them go on with such horrible customer service!
