The experience for purchasing the car I purchased an Audi A4 on Saturday (7/7/2018) at the Mission Viejo Audi dealership, but l am not happy about my purchase and the poor customer service I purchased an Audi A4 on Saturday (7/7/2018) at the Mission Viejo Audi dealership, but l am not happy about my purchase and the poor customer service. There is clear damage on the edge of the driver’s side door, but the salesman, whose first name is Oscar, told me that it’s dust. At the very least, the door edge protective film had been damaged (It’s highly possible that the paint was damaged too). I asked Oscar to replace it, but he said he needs to ask his manager. I don't understand why the manager was angry and rude to us; he said we can take it off and couldn't replace it for us. The services are so disappointing and subpar. The lack of expertise by the dealers on the car I bought is astounding. For example, they don’t even know how many airbags are in the car and where the airbags are located. The car has a lot of new features, and the dealer should go through it with the customer. Most importantly, the dealer should tell customer about the key features. When I was driving the car back to my house and waiting at a traffic light, the car engine suddenly shut down. I was very scared because a lot of cars were behind me, and I didn't know what to do. It's a brand-new car and shouldn’t have this problem. Fortunately, the car restarted when I pushed the gas pedal. I figured it out by reading the owner’s manual. If the salesman had told me about this, I wouldn't be so nervous. Also, when I wanted to check other similar cars, Oscar told me that the car was sold. However, that car (Stock#: A181985; VIN#: WAUKMAF48JA068794) was still on dealership's website. How can I trust the dealership in the future when the dealer tells me lies that can easily be fact checked? I also didn’t appreciate that the dealership kept pushing me to buy other services during check out when the salespeople are incapable of providing expertise on the cars they sell! More

We haven’t gotten a single email or call from them since their response posted! Don’t be deceived by their response on here. We’ve paid thousands of dollars for their mistakes! I will update on here once they’ve made good on their word. More

Treated with respect At first I was worried about coming down to this dealership because I had read lots of bad reviews (underhanded sales tactics, bait and switch deals, At first I was worried about coming down to this dealership because I had read lots of bad reviews (underhanded sales tactics, bait and switch deals, denying legitimate warranty claims, etc). But that was not the case for me. When I came down to Audi Mission Viejo I was treated with respect, given plenty of time and space to inspect the vehicle I wanted (2013 Audi A8), was not pressured into buying anything and the sales team (Chris and Jeremy) even stayed late to help me close the deal. I would highly recommend them and would like to do business with them again in the future. More

Liars and chauvinistic service. Demand receipts!! I purchased 2 cars from Audi Mission Viejo and it has been nothing short of a total nightmare. We have been in for service for our "perfect" (called t I purchased 2 cars from Audi Mission Viejo and it has been nothing short of a total nightmare. We have been in for service for our "perfect" (called this by sales guy at time of purchase who is of course no longer with company) car 8 times since purchasing it only a year and a few months ago. It has been in for the SAME thing 5 of those times! However, I didn't demand they notate it in their system and because of that they have no repeated record of them servicing the car for the same thing. They are liars and talked down to me and spoke totally differently to my husband. It escalated to the point of speaking with the General Manager of the dealership- VERBATIM- this is what he told me: "SOMETIMES CARS JUST MALFUNCTION AND THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT." WOW. Remember that. Take your hard earned money and dignity elsewhere!! Be warned!! More
