March 2019 Experience I was extremely excited about the inventory and pricing when I visited Mission Viejo Audi dealership. David at the CPO lot was helpful selecting the v I was extremely excited about the inventory and pricing when I visited Mission Viejo Audi dealership. David at the CPO lot was helpful selecting the vechicle and then I had to wait over 2 hours in the lounge to finish up the financial paperwork. Robert was the only individual working on a Saturday night to wrap up everything and his poor customer service almost caused me to drop the deal altogether. He was short, agitated from the moment I walked in, and was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. If the car wasn’t such a great price and I wasn’t already trading in my old vechicle to have a ride home, Audi Mission Viejo would have lost my business based on his actions. I was upset leaving the dealership and spoke to the manager briefly on my way out, 6 days later and zero contact from Audi Mission Viejo following up on my purchase other than a text message to write a review. Within the first 24 hours of driving my CPO vechicle I had a tire pressure light (both front tires were over serviced) and a right rear light alert go out. Not a lot of confidence in attention to detail. This dealership has flush inventory which is the only redeeming factor I’ve observed unfortunately. Based on my customer service experience (expressing my displeasure with the sales associate, manager, and posting reviews on yelp and google ) and the fact that no one from Audi Mission Viejo has contacted me personally in the last 6 days, I would not recommend this dealership and if I could re do this encounter I would not have done business here. More
