Starting when you drive in for service, you will find someone ready to help you, despite the myriad of cars lined up. The Service Consultant, Greg, understood exactly what I tried to explain in my non-automotive language. Greg went through all that would be completed in the service, and asked if I wanted or needed anything else. He asked when I would like the car back, offered me transportation (but I had a ride), and said he would have the car ready by 5 p.m. I found that timing amazing, but Greg made sure to have my car ready. I appreciated his concern for my time. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and friendly to me and my dog, regardless of my coming in clothes I wear to clean the house! Greg went over what was completed with my car and what I might need in the near future. Audi MV and everyone there make me want to come back for car service, repairs, or a new Audi. Thank you all!
