I was looking for a specific vehicle for my wife and to put it mildly, it was like trying to find a unicorn. Luckily, Audi Mission Viejo had that unicorn. After texting and e-mailing with John he gave me a good deal that I was happy with. Due to work and home life I don't have a lot of time to deal with games and the normal dealer xx. Jon understood that and made things happen so that I got the deal I was happy with. I arrived at the dealership very late on a Monday around 7:45pm. He showed me the vehicle, we negotiated a price for my trade in and got all the paperwork done by a little after 9pm. He handled every curve ball I threw at him and more. He even went out of his way to get my wife on the vehicle also so that I could have her on the title. I really can't say enough good things about Jon. He was honest, straight forward, helpful, and caring. Everything most car salesman's are not! It was nice to see that the dealer management supported their salesman also. Keep up the great work Big Jon! If anybody is looking for an Audi please give him a call, 714-606-6943. More

During the last month the dealership has failed to pay our trade off, causing credit problems, and financial stress for us with our bank. Dealership sought financing with other lenders against our request not to as we had already spoken with our credit union. These inquires now appear on our credit report. The dealership hasnt provided us final paperwork after several attempts to get it, and the fail to take responsibility for anything. They act like a small time used car dealership and they lie and cheat their way through the sales process. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the California Attorney General. I will son be filing a law suit against them in order to expose their poor business practices. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Its not with the time, money or stress they cause consumers. I am really sad about my recent experience with Audi Mission Viejo. I had my 2011 Audi A4 at the Mission Viejo dealership for more than one month, I took it in first due to the engine light came on Mission Viejo. I had my 2011 Audi A4 at the Mission Viejo dealership for more than one month, I took it in first due to the engine light came on, along with notice of minor oil leak on the ground as well as a sluggish start. It took them two weeks to diagnose the problem stating Timing Chain is loose and needing replacement, which costs about $2500. They quoted it will be done in three business day, which we can pick up the car on next Tuesday So we another two weeks passed, and we don't hear back from them on the status of the repair. I called my service advisor Greg daily to get an update. He never called back. But he sent us an email with another estimate of $1500 for intake manifold replacement. My husband and I were very suspicious about the additional finding, but agreed for them to fix itwith the request that they save the replaced parts. Again, we don't hear back from them for 2 more weeks, now we called Greg P daily, along with the service Manager Chris. Neither one returned our repeated phone calls. Now about almost 6 weeks since we took the car in, another service advisor called and said the car is ready. When we arrived to pick up the car, we asked for the replaced parts, which is the agreement for them to replace the intake manifold. They said they don't have it. We were furious when we left the dealership. Since I got the car back from the dealership, the oil leak is worse than before. I again tried to call my service advisor and the service manager. No returned phone calls. I am really sad that I spent over $4000 on the car, and the problem is not fixed, and NO ONE at the dealership will return my phone call. I hope people think twice about taking your car there for service!!! More
After 20 years of being a Mercedes customer I recently changed to Audi. Hands down the best service consultant Denny Dong, and the serice manager Mr. Erickson was polite, kind, demonstrating tremendous c changed to Audi. Hands down the best service consultant Denny Dong, and the serice manager Mr. Erickson was polite, kind, demonstrating tremendous customer service. When I purchased the car I had the privilage of meeting the owner and again, the culture of this dealership is high customer service, efficient, wonderful product, and pleasant staff. When I went in for service again they were efficient, high quality customer care, and knowledgable. I highly recommend this dedealrship to a customer looking for a luxury car with exemplar customer care. More

We went through insurance for collision repairs and it has been an absolute nightmare. We were promised that "once the parts come in, it's a quick repair, 1-2 days AT THE MOST". Ha Ha that was 4 months ago and the car is still there. The other day when we went to pick up the car that was supposedly "done", they had not even checked to see if all the components were working, ie. the backup camera was broken. I wonder what the service techs and service staff do all day. They claim to be "backed up" and "crazy busy". It is a shame and shameful practices being allowed to be done here. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody answers the phone, and nobody cares. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND REPAIR DEPARTMENT. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!! More

They are overwhelmed and they do not perform the job they say will. It took me a month to get an appointment for 2 minor recalls (90 minute repair time for both). They had my car 11 days, when it was promised in 3-4 days. The car was dirty when I showed up and they couldn't find the keys. Also the front plate, I asked them to attach was not attached. The worst part of this story is when I went to another Audi dealer a month later for my 10,000 mile service. There was no record of the recall being done in the system. So the other dealer went ahead and performed the recall service, in addition to the 10,000 mile service and tire rotation. It took them about 4 hours. There is no reason to go to Audi Mission Viejo service department until they start treating their customers with honesty and integrity. There are way too many other options. More
BUYER BEWARE, ASK IF THERES A MARKUP ON YOUR VEHICLE DURING YOUR FIRST CONTACT WITH YOUR SALESPERSON. I put a deposit for a vehicle that was being shipped to the dealership. We talked MSRP the entire DURING YOUR FIRST CONTACT WITH YOUR SALESPERSON. I put a deposit for a vehicle that was being shipped to the dealership. We talked MSRP the entire time, no mention of a markup. I even upgraded to a higher trim to get first right of refusal. Well, the vehicle arrived today. I was supposed to be at the dealership on Friday to take delivery. I asked the salesperson the out the door price…he said “by the way, my manager said there’s a markup on this vehicle”. I would have not continued my relationship with these people if they mentioned a markup at first contact. I get that there’s a high demand for new vehicles right now, so MSRP is reasonable. But 22.4% markup of the vehicle cost is obscene. Good luck MV Audi. More
I want to give them a good review because I thought my sales guy was nice and the experience overall buying the vehicle went okay. The first day after I took the car home, the oil light came on. I put sales guy was nice and the experience overall buying the vehicle went okay. The first day after I took the car home, the oil light came on. I put oil in it, 100 miles later, the oil light comes on again. I made an appt to take it to dealer in SD Monday morning and they took it, inspected it and told me it had some seepage but nothing that would cause that kind of oil loss and also that the water pump was leaking. MV ended up coming down and giving me a loaner and taking my car back up to them, since they had just sold me the car a couple days before. After 29 days, and to note here is that I purchased the expensive Audi warranty, they told me that the oil /hood sensor had an issue and that they couldn't find water pump leaking. Okay, so I picked the car up after a month and was on my way. Now a few months later and I wanted the dealer to do the first oil change so I took it back to dealer in San Diego who AGAIN told me that the water pump was leaking and I almost had no coolant in the car. AND, the Audi warranty was denying the claim because there already had been a claim for water pump replacement when I had the car up in Mission Valley and THAT claim was denied because the dealer had failed to provide AUDI with a used car inspection form. And now a few months later, they still had not received it. So MV KNEW the pump was bad and because they didn't want to provide the used car inspection form, the claim wad denied and they lied to me and told me that the water pump wasn't leaking, and in fact it was. The last few weeks, I spent countless hours getting this rectified, between Audi and getting the inspection report to the dealer, and it seems to have been finally taken care of, however I am out my deductible which I shouldn't have to pay - the part was bad from the beginning and MV knowingly didn't fix it at the time I took it in, a couple days after purchasing it. I simply want my deductible back. I have left COUNTLESS messages for Paul Kraft, the GM of the dealership and he had yet to take the time to call my back to get this straightened out. The Service Manager, John Hatcher, admitted that they knew the water pump was bad back at time of purchase, and probably wouldn't have admitted it if I didn't have the proof from SD Audi that the pump was bad AND from the submission to get it repaired with the Audi warranty which Audi confirmed had been done. I would never have expected this slimy dealings from Audi. I thank the SD dealer for seemingly being the honest ones and now Audi asked that I go back to the dealer to get the deductible refunded to me. This GM doesn't call me back so of course, now I need to look for other ways to get the money refunded to me. Not a nice experience in the end. More
