Terrible experience. I took my vehicle here to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced. After 2.5 hours (an hour longer than quoted) my car was returned to me in terrible condition. The wheels and tires were a tires mounted and balanced. After 2.5 hours (an hour longer than quoted) my car was returned to me in terrible condition. The wheels and tires were a complete mess. My car was returned to me an hour over due and in worse condition than I gave to them. It took me an hour to clean up their work and now I have to hire a professional wheel cleaner to remove stains I can't get out. Partly my fault, I should have known better to trust these guys with a Porsche! More
Fantastic Experience with Richard Busker I worked with Richard Busker to purchase a 2018 A3. Richard was incredibly responsive, knowledgable and respectful throughout the entire process. When I worked with Richard Busker to purchase a 2018 A3. Richard was incredibly responsive, knowledgable and respectful throughout the entire process. When we ran into a hick-up with my bank's financing options, Richard immediately introduced me to his business manager, who lined up alternative means of financing within a very short period of time. Richard knew I was in the market for a newer A3 after I was rear-ended. He asked a series of questions regarding what I was looking for in a vehicle. Within a day or so, he sent me links to several different options. He pointed out the pros and cons with each option as they related to my preferences. When an alternative option came through the dealership, Richard contacted me right away with the details. Most importantly, Richard was humble, informative, yet never once tried to pressure me into purchasing anything outside of my means. He respected my wishes and preferences. I think other sales reps would benefit greatly by learning a thing or two from Richard. More
Service Recall - Failure Earlier this year I received a recall notice for my 2017 Audi A4 stating that the metal trim pieces on the door speakers can come loose and cut people Earlier this year I received a recall notice for my 2017 Audi A4 stating that the metal trim pieces on the door speakers can come loose and cut people, due to the sharpness of the pieces. I decided to wait and have this work performed once it was time for my 20K service. Fast forward to the morning I dropped my car off at Audi Minneapolis several weeks back. The car was registered in their system at 8:02am and let’s be real, they didn’t start working on it that quickly. Never the less, the car was complete at 9:47am. This all seems quite fast to me, but what do I know? Everything seemed fine for a couple weeks until one day I go to get out of my car and to my surprise my leg is cut by something and my dress pants are snagged. I look down and what do I see? A trim piece that is peeling away from the door and sticking out to stab people. I check the other doors and two more of them are in the same condition. I first attempted contact to Audi Minneapolis, but apparently it was of no concern to them and there is no response. I then contact Audi USA which was quite responsive. Even after a second attempt to contact Audi Minneapolis they still couldn’t respond to me. This was funny because the gentleman I was working with at Audi USA told me that they HAD received my emails, I guess they just choose to not reach out. Once they finally did, it was too little too late. Fortunately, we have three options for Audi dealers in the metro area and I ended up going to Audi Richfield (not owned my Carousel Motor Group), which was a great experience. I will certainly never step foot in Audi Minneapolis again, nor will my girlfriend who also owns an A4 and is new car shopping (previously at Audi Minneapolis). Furthermore, I am not sure how I feel about the Carousel Motor Group, if this experience reflects the level of service or concern they show when they not only completely fail at providing a service, but cause injury to a person and there isn’t even a hint of an apology from them. Going back to how quickly the work was performed, that alone may not have been cause for concern, but knowing now that they didn’t perform the recall work properly, I do question all the other work they did do. Can I trust the 20K service work was performed? What short-cuts were taken? We put a lot of trust in dealerships as we never really see proof of maintenance work completed. Overall, I don’t like to be ‘that guy’, but this has soured me on Audi in general and when my lease is up next June, I can’t see myself getting another Audi. Was my injury life-threatening, no. But, I would expect the smallest level of concern from a ‘luxury’ brand. More

I brought my 2003 Audi A4 here for an oil and filter change and also told them that about every 2000 miles my low oil light comes on. An hour or so after leaving the lot in a nice 2013 A4 provided by t change and also told them that about every 2000 miles my low oil light comes on. An hour or so after leaving the lot in a nice 2013 A4 provided by the rental car place collocated with the dealership the service representative called me and said my A4 had two issues. First, the oil pan was cracked and they couldn't change the oil and second the CAM was leaking oil. They wanted to replace the oil pan at a cost of $1200 and repair the CAM for $400. Being expensive repairs I said I would get back to him after investigating the retail price of the repair costs. I browsed around the web and found the oil pan replacement should be about an $800 repair, $400 under what I was quoted. I called back to negotiate and he said they would go no lower than $1100. I told them I would not pay that and I got my vehicle serviced someplace else that quoted $750 for the oil pan replacement. After 15 minutes the other place told me I did not have a cracked oil pan and fixed the actual oil leak problem that was just an incorrect oil plug seal, they also changed my oil and sent me on my way for only $75 with the CAM being a repair that would be needed later for $300. Needless to say I will never go back to Carousel again. More
The only reason I chose 3 (ok) for overall experience was that I had an 11 am app't & dropped my A4 off at 10:30 and was told both when I called about the appt and at drop-off it'd be a few hours. I understa that I had an 11 am app't & dropped my A4 off at 10:30 and was told both when I called about the appt and at drop-off it'd be a few hours. I understand some days are better than others but my car wasn't ready until 3:35. That being said, every other aspect was exceptional. I've been to other Audi dealerships and this was my first visit to Carousel and I place them at the top of quality, cleanliness and sincerity. John (I can't recall his last name) was exceptionally courteous as were the two guys that helped with a courtesy car. More
Took the car in for some recall work and Tom understood our situation and handled it quickly. When an additional issue came up Tom went above and beyond what any other dealership would do and took it upon our situation and handled it quickly. When an additional issue came up Tom went above and beyond what any other dealership would do and took it upon himself to ensure that we were completely satisfied. The service does not exist elsewhere. My wife completely agrees so much to the point that when we are in the market for a new vehicle it will be purchased at carouse and we currently live over 1,500 miles away. Thank you for your service and professionalism. More
Second time I've had my car in for service at this dealer. Perfect experience both times. I had the pleasure of working with Eric Voge, Asst. Service Mgr both times and he's a great guy to work with dealer. Perfect experience both times. I had the pleasure of working with Eric Voge, Asst. I believe the highest rating I can give a dealer is to continue to take my business there, even though there are other choices, and to recommended them to others. I can and will do both with Carousel Porsche. More
After 3 weeks of sitting in the lot at this dealership, I towed my Porshe to another dealership to get the necessary service work done.
