I would be remiss if I didn't single out the world's greatest Brand Specialist: MR. DAVID FALKMAN! The top attributes which influence the probability of a successful transaction (aside from the vehicle itself) are 1) the ability to listen, 2) knowing your stuff, 3) knowing when and how much additional information to provide, and 4) being likable...
