Excellent buying experience I had an excellent experience working with Audi of Minneapolis. I approached them about a year ago as I was considering buying a new/lightly used vehi I had an excellent experience working with Audi of Minneapolis. I approached them about a year ago as I was considering buying a new/lightly used vehicle. They were very patient and happy to have me test drive numerous cars. We ultimately ended up ordering a new car with the Audi Exclusive interior options. The whole experience was delightful and I cannot recommend this dealership enough. New Car Buying Experience I came into the dealership with a pretty good idea of what model car I was interested in pursuing. Unfortunately, the dealership did not have the exac I came into the dealership with a pretty good idea of what model car I was interested in pursuing. Unfortunately, the dealership did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for, in terms of model, exterior/interior color/options, etc... However, after conversing with an Audi salesmen, Chris Cohen, of what vehicle I was specifically looking for, he managed to find me the exact car within a couple of days. I also informed Chris that I wanted to have my wheels painted a certain color prior to taking delivery of the car. At first, I was a little nervous of how the paint job would turn out. But upon delivery, I was very relieved with the quality of work and care of the final product. The wheel paint color Chris helped me choose ended up matching the rest of the vehicle perfectly. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of service with Audi Minneapolis. More

Good Car Buying Experience When I visited the dealership, I wasn't sure whether I was going to buy a Audi, BMW or Mercedes. I visited the Audi dealership first given that i had previously owned an A 6. The dealership was well managed and had a good display of the various models. I found our sales person, Joel Heinen to be polite and knowledgeable. After test driving the A 6, we looked at various options and colors and talked about price. I found the experience to be enjoyable and painless. There was a small problem getting the car from Iowa but that was resolved. This is a very good dealership and I think Joel did an excellent job working with us from start to finish. More

I visited twice and looked at a number of vehicles and purchase/lease options (all explained thoroughly and transparently by Kevin) before making my decision to lease a 2017 A4. I generally dread the process of looking for a vehicle, but my experience with Kevin at Minneapolis Audi was hands down the best experience I have ever had working with a dealership! Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and a joy to work with throughout the entire process!
