From the moment I pulled up to DCH, I was treated like a VIP customer. A man was waiting outside in the parking lot with a tag already made up for my vehicle. When I had a question about the service my car required, the service director, Alan, explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me several options for my vehicle. I was offered an iPad to use during my wait in the comfortable seating area, and there was a complimentary coffee bar as well. DCH goes above and beyond to keep their customers comfortable and informed while their vehicle is being taken care of. I will not go anywhere else for my Audi! More

I came for my first 5000 mile service, and they made a very small error. All I had to do was call, and the issue was rectified IMMEDIATELY and MORE than taken care of. I went to DCH on Saturday 12/19. They did my FIRST service for 5000 miles on my BRAND NEW 2009 Q5. Right after we pulled away from the dealer, we started to smell burning oil but we thought it was due service for 5000 miles on my BRAND NEW 2009 Q5. Right after we pulled away from the dealer, we started to smell burning oil but we thought it was due to a minor spill during the oil change. I smelled burning oil everytime I drove after 12/19 and finally last night (12/22) when I was driving, the light came on stating that there is "min" engine oil. I mediately turned around and headed towards my house. Right after I pulled into my garage, my car advised me to stop driving immediately. When i looked under my car, there was a puddle of oil and my entire garage smelled like burning oil. DCH asked me to get Audi tow my car. When the towing company came the next morning (12/23), the towing company (from Audi roadside assistance) wants to charge $50 for the oil leak clean up and another $50 for pushing my car out the garage since they can't start the engine. After 16 hours of struggle since the night before, DCH informed me that they will send their own towing truck to my house (about 12 miles away from the dealer). I was waiting to see what DCH can do for me. I went to DCH because i saw all the past good ratings. They sent Miguel (he was very patient and sweet) and someone else to tow my car and cleaned the oil spill in my garage. They called me in the afternoon that the problem was caused by a pinched seal so they drained my engine (thank god there was still some oil left) and added engine oil and washed my car. The seal got broken could be caused over-tightening when they screwed it in. Anyway, my very upset 20 hours turned out to be OK. They delivered my car to my house around 3pm and cleaned my garage with some other chemical again. More

We are now on our third car from this dealership. Always has a smile and a big hello. Knows us well and asks about each of our family members. This service department is a throw back to earlier, simple days when service was personal. There are very few repairs on our Audis (this being our 5th) however whenever the need arises, whether it's a service, or a repair Rick is always there to help with a calming attitude. I will not accept high-pressure tactics and false promises. DCH is reputable and professional. The sales, the financial guy, service are all "top drawer." Take a peek at their service department. I think you could eat off the floor. My salesperson Andrew tells you soemthing, you can count on it. They give you a price, there's no later flim-flam. Price I have gotten could not be beaten. Deal was done quickly and professionally. Andrew had lined up cars with my guess what I thought my wife would like. Of course, my wife came to make her final selection. Unexpectedly, she saw a different combo on DCH's lot then expected. No problem,no renegotiation. A swap was worked out over the phone with another dealer in a few minutes. Car was trucked in from Rhode Island to avoid racking up over a hundred miles. Can you reasonably ask for more? More

You feel like they are your own "pit crew" and they want to be sure that you are both safe on the road and that your car is working perfectly. It is always very clean and organized and I like how the service bays are in full view of customers. They give me absolute confidence that my car is getting the best care possible. Additionally, they make customers feel well-cared for as well. But other dealers are good at that, while in the meantime your car is out of sight and sometimes the repairs are done badly if at all. This has never been the case at DCH Millburn Audi. More
