Recently it cost me $640 to replace the valve cover gasket on my A4 after only 6,946 miles and 17 months which was installed by DCH. I made an appointment with DCH to have the work inspected and I lef gasket on my A4 after only 6,946 miles and 17 months which was installed by DCH. I made an appointment with DCH to have the work inspected and I left a message with the manager asking for the inspection fee to be waived (over $100). Since Alan didn't call me back I cancelled the appointment and left another message which was not returned. Since the manager did not return my calls I made a claim with Audi USA and went back and forth with them but ended up paying to have the work redone at VW. Months later Alan finally called me since Audi forced him to but he lied to me and Audi saying that he returns all his calls and tried to contact me several times contrary to my phone bill. Now that I have had repairs done at KMD tuning and Douglas VW I feel foolish for having paid DCH’s wild prices, especially after being lied to by their Manager. More

I recently brought my 2005 A6 to DCH Audi for service. With 209k miles on the car, wear and tear was beginning to take its' toll. After seeing that maintenance was going to be a continuing issue, I decide With 209k miles on the car, wear and tear was beginning to take its' toll. After seeing that maintenance was going to be a continuing issue, I decided to speak with a salesman about a new car. I met with Joe Sasso who took me for a test ride in a new A6. After returning to the dealership, we discussed what options would fit the kind of driving that I do along with what new technologies the 2012 A6 edition offered. My last few visits to the service department involved some extensive work. The repairs were done in an efficient manner and I didn't have to bring the car back. Once a problem was resolved, the problem was resolve. The price was fair and the repairs were completed timely. Unfortunately, service visits were becoming more frequent. One of the difficulties I've always had with salesmen is that they tend to know less about their product than the customer they're trying to sell. Joe Sasso knows his product and made me feel comfortable with his option recommendations. In addition, he made sure that the pricing included all of the incentives that I was entitled to. This is my third A6 purchase and the third Audi dealership that I'm purchasing from. The others will remain nameless at this point but suffice it to say, each of the others had serious defects on, both, the service and sales side. I have no reservations about recommending DCH Audi of Maplewood to anyone in the market for quality car. More
They are wonderful. Everytime I am there for service, they are extremely professional and at the same time, treat me like family.
