Fraudulent, Unethical Business Practices 3/16/16: During a regular 15,000 mile service, they told me I had to replace 3 tires which were missing chunks and were structurally unsound at a quot 3/16/16: During a regular 15,000 mile service, they told me I had to replace 3 tires which were missing chunks and were structurally unsound at a quoted price of $271/tire. Although I leased car from them, they didn't remind me of the Road Hazard Deluxe Tire Coverage I purchased at a cost of $961 at the outset of the lease. that night I remembered the insurance and called them on 3/17 to tell them I had the insurance and I would be filing a claim with the insurance company. They told me that I couldn't call the insurance company, the process was that I had to bring the car back to them, they call the insurance co., the adjusted comes to the dealer to inspect the car, the dealer and the adjuster together decide if the damage is covered and they notify me of their decision. without thinking, I made an appointment for 3/23 to bring the car back to the dealer. They told me it could take up to 2 days to get the adjuster to look at the tires so I'd need a loaner. I was very uncomfortable with Audi's insistence that I had to bring the car back to them, and the dealer is also inconvenient to my home and office. However, I followed their instructions and brought the car back to them on 3/23. I asked a 2nd service advisor why I had to bring the car to them to process the insurance claim and she told me she'd check why but that was the procedure. When arriving at my office later that morning, I called the insurance company myself which confirmed that ANY authorized repair shop could have processed the claim, there was no need to bring the car to DCH Audi. DCH lied to me, didn't remind me of my tire insurance and had me go far out of my way in rush hour traffic so that they could sell me 3 new tires. Do not bring your car here unless you like being ripped off. More

First of all, I was never told what would be done nor what had been done at the end. Furthermore, the next day, I noticed that the coolant level was below the Min line, showing it had not been filled. Additionally, although it is supposed to be part of the service, the car was not washed. I called the service department the next business day and never got a call back for an explanation. The part that concerns me the most, is the fact that the coolant was below the min even after the service. That is why you get your car serviced. When something like this happens, I just wonder what else has not been done as part of a service, which by the way I paid for when I purchased the car. I no longer trust this dealership for service, nor sales. More

Terrible service DCH Millburn Audi sent us on our way July 15th with a bad tire. We had come to them with two damaged tires (nails). They replaced one and they swore t DCH Millburn Audi sent us on our way July 15th with a bad tire. We had come to them with two damaged tires (nails). They replaced one and they swore to me the other was safe. Well, we just got stuck in Baltimore with a flat tire during our 800 mile trip. Dealerships in Baltimore were all closed. No Pirelli Scorpion Zero 20" tires were in stock anywhere near us. Roadside assistance could only offer to tow the car to a dealer and give us a rental leaving us stuck in Baltimore until Monday. We tried to buy another brand of tire and were advised by the tire store we would have had to replace all four because of the Quattro all wheel drive. You cannot have different treads in different wheels or you can damage the car. I should state I have tire insurance. I assume if I didn't they would have advised I purchase two new tires at the dealer on the 15th. We also assume they were trying to save money and didn't want to give us two free new tires. Instead they only gave us the one new tire and said the other one was fine and not leaking air. Shame on you for putting my family at risk on the road. Also, I am terribly angry the first part of our vacation has been ruined. We may be trading in the car Monday - we deserve better service than Audi and this dealership has given us. More

No one likes dealing with the hassle of car maintenance, but it's an absolute pleasure when you get to work with Xenia. Anna is awesome as well, and so is Miguel. I know they are honest and hardworking, and they consistently take care of me with such class. Not only do I love my car, but I am so thankful that I get to interact with people like Xenia, Anna, and Miguel - they are the best! Everyone there is friendly and nice, I have just had the pleasure of working directly with these three :) More

I felt they genuinely were concerned with the issue of an indicator light that continued to show up after necessary repairs. DCH Millburn Audi and Audi USA are true to their customers...they stand behind their vehicles and have customer service like none other. Thank you...I love my Audi for more than the awesome driving experience; the EXCEPTIONAL customer service from headquarters to dealership!!! AWESOME EXPERIENCE Just bought a new (CPO) car. I took delivery on Monday night from a different dealership. When leaving the dealership with the new car, we realized t Just bought a new (CPO) car. I took delivery on Monday night from a different dealership. When leaving the dealership with the new car, we realized that one of the keys was not working. They told me not to worry, that I could just get it "bonded" on my first service at 5,000 miles. The next morning, I went out to my car, and NEITHER key was working, so I had to use the alternate key pressed up against the "braille" Icon. I called the dealership where I bought the car, and they worked with me to fit me in for Saturday morning. On a whim tonight, I stopped at DCH in MIllburn, which is closer to my house, without an appointment or anything. Miguel came right out to speak to me. Turns out that BOTH of my keys had dead batteries- they did not need to be "bonded" at all. Bizarre. He was great, and answered a bunch of other questions too! What a great experience- so nice, solved my issue, no hassle, no appointment, no wait. Thank you Miguel! More
