It is not the way a dealer acts when they sell you a car that shows their true colors, it is the way they act if there is a problem after the sale. We had this situation with DCH and they went above and beyond to solve our issue. We traveled 3 hours from Connecticut to purchase a used Audi from DCH and Jake and Rui from the Sales team were fantastic - and we got a great deal. There were no surprises during the sales process. We loved the car but discovered after a few days that there was a chemical smell in the car that made us sick. We tried to get rid of it but couldn't. So DCH agreed to take care of it and gave us a loaner car. For 4 weeks they tried everything to get rid of the odor - including stripping the whole cabin of the vehicle. They brought in Audi to provide advice. They could not get rid of it and agreed to give us our money back - all of it!!!! This is above and beyond. I'm sure many dealers would have said it wasn't a mechanical, electrical or structural problem, therefore they had no obligation to fix it. But not DCH. Their primary concern was to make their customer happy - even a customer 3 hours away who had a low probability of purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. I still find it hard to believe they went to the lengths they did to make us happy. They are totally focused on the customer. I would highly recommend DCH and will consider them in the future when I am ready to purchase another vehicle - even if it is 3 hours away. Thanks Rui, Jake, Paul and team. More
I first walked into DCH Audi in November 2006. I was looking to buy an A8 for my wife for Christmas. They had a nice inventory but not the right color. Within a couple of days they were able to get the looking to buy an A8 for my wife for Christmas. They had a nice inventory but not the right color. Within a couple of days they were able to get the car I wanted. The whole transaction went down very smooth. Rui Tome did all the paper work and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Fast forward a few years and the new R8 4.2 comes out. I knew I wanted one. So I talk to Stephen Constas (sales) about it. He gives me the whole history of the car but then tells me that Audi is going to come out with a V10 version. We both agreed that I should wait. I gave Stephen a deposit for the R8 5.2 V10. The standard deposit was $5000.00 but Stephen got an OK to only take $2500 from me to be on the waiting list. I didn't even ask him to do that. Now we are in November 2009.Rui Tome calls me to tell me that my 2010 R8 5.2 just arrived. I couldn't of been happier. The car came in perfect. I've been driving the R8 for a year and a half and its been excellent. I bring it back to DCH Audi every six months to change seasonal tires. This is where David Mizera comes in. He makes everything go so smooth. I come in, drop off my car and gets me a loaner. One time David gave me a Audi TT convertible. I never drove a convertible before. Needless to say I fell in love with it. I asked Dave if I can hold on to the TT for a couple of days and he made it happen. Just a couple of weeks ago I had to change my tires again so I asked Dave and Rui if it was possible to get an A5 convertible as a loaner and sure enough when I came in they gave me the A5 convertible. Awesome car. The A5 convertible may be my next purchase. Now that's customer service. Leo Yam is in sales and he knows about everything that Audi makes. He calls me up and tells me Audi is sending a few customers to the racetrack in Sonoma, California and he put my name in. Wow, I always wanted to do that. Now I am set to go next month. Thanks Leo. Rui Tome even went as far to introduce me to the mechanic that works on my car. His name is Miguel Rivera. He is the only mechanic that works on the R8's. He is a true gentleman and treats my car like his own. And last but not least Edmund Awu the man that runs DCH Audi. Every time I walk in his showroom he stops to shake my hand and says hello. He always makes sure that I am being taken care of. He runs his showroom like a family. He treats his customers like real people the way it should be. I can honestly say that you will not find a better Dealership than DCH Audi. They go the extra mile. More
I took delivery of a new Audi A5 Cabriolet in late April 2011. The car is beautiful and obviously a lot of fun. Joe Sasso was the salesperson I worked with. He is really excellent. He has a low key approach and knows the product extremely well. He indicated I could call him anytime I had a question about the car. Most salespeople will say that, but, Joe really means it. When I went back to pick up my license plates he sat with me to answer some questions I had at that time. I know I could do the same thing six months from now. He is really very good and the entire dealership is very nice. I received a fair price on my trade in. I definitely recommend this dealer and Joe Sasso. More
Everything about my experience buying my certified pre-owned Audi was straightforward. There was never any pressure, no multiple sales people managers coming in to talk to you. I could not be more impressed with the staff at DCH Millburn Audi. From the moment I entered the showroom, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. Being in the market for a used Audi, I was immed Millburn Audi. From the moment I entered the showroom, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. Being in the market for a used Audi, I was immediately directed to Jake Auslander who helped me find my perfect Audi. The original vehicle I came in for was already sold, but Jake was able to find me a very similar vehicle to the one I requested, no questions asked. We went out for a test drive, again no questions asked. During the test drive, Jake answered all my questions no problem. I left the dealer that day with a good feeling. The same day, I test drove similar vehicles at other Audi dealers in the area, but I left each of those dealers with a strange feeling. In my decision making, I kept on coming back to DCH--I had this gut feeling that they would be the best dealership to work with. I called back Jake, we worked out what I consider to be a more than fair price, and I had my new A4. Delivery day went very smoothly and Jake assured me that if I had any problems, to call him on his direct cell line. He even called me back several days later to be sure I was enjoying the car. I could not recommend DCH Audi or Jake Auslander any more. Even though I live an hour away from the dealer (and pass by MANY other Audi dealers on the trip), I have no problem traveling the extra distance to go to DCH. On a side note, I also had an experience with the service department at DCH Millburn Audi, and like the sales department, I was very impressed. I called early in the morning to make an appointment and was told to come in right away (That was fast!). Once I arrived, I was served quickly and left the service area in no time at all. More
After researching multiple dealers in northern NJ for a lease on a 2011 A4, I found DCH Millburn Audi on this site. I called Tony Lento and explained I had an offer on the table from Paul Miller Audi and lease on a 2011 A4, I found DCH Millburn Audi on this site. I called Tony Lento and explained I had an offer on the table from Paul Miller Audi and Jack Daniels but was concerned about their rating (more on this in a bit). I asked if he could or would match or beat the offer. Not only did he beat it, he beat it by a few bucks a month on a lease with a much lower down payment. Sound like a little but it was for a better car (more features) and he returned with the deal within 10 minutes of my call. His deal was so good that another dealer (Town Audi) didn't believe they were serious and warned me of a bait and switch - they told me DCH could not be offering us this deal; it didn't make sense. Well the deal was done and Tony was easy to work with and very professional. Be careful of Paul Miller. I dealt with the "The Audi Lady" - Pam" and the only thing she will tell you is that she's been selling cars for 11 years; the talk became nauseating. Also, do not go to Jack Daniels. They were horrible. Between JD and PM I felt like I was buying a used Yugo. Too much talk and too much xx. Let's face it, we're buying a higher class vehicle and time is valuable so I don't want to be spending an inordinate amount of it haggling or hearing about how many cars you sell a month. I want quickly to get to the bottom line and the win/win deal and drive away. I was hesitant about buying an Audi because too many times I've heard that the customer service sucks. At DCH this was absolutely NOT the case. A few days after I bought the car, I found that the car experienced a slight wobbled at high speeds and I called it in. Flavio was my service rep and set up a drive with Miguel (the shop foreman). Miguel drove the car and agreed that there was a balancing issue and they would fix it no charge. The best part of the experience was how quickly I was taken care of. I literally waited no more than 5 minutes the first time arrived to show them the issue, they arranged for a drop off and a loaner car for the week after and I was immediately taken care of when I pick up the car after it was fixed. Anytime I called, they returned the call. Very professional. More

DCH made me feel like family as soon as I walked through the door. It was extremely easy purchasing my new 2011 Audi A5. It took less then 1 hour to complete the whole process. These little things make a buyer never wanting to leave the dealership. It has been 4 months now and Joe Sasso still calls me to make sure I am enjoying my Audi and if there is ever a problem never hesitate to contact him. I give this dealer a thumbs-up especially Joe.
