Decided to visit DCH Audi in New Jersey due to the high reviews on multiple websites. I live in Queens, NY, which was only about 30 minutes or so away from DCH. I was looking to purchase a CPO 2008 Audi reviews on multiple websites. I live in Queens, NY, which was only about 30 minutes or so away from DCH. I was looking to purchase a CPO 2008 Audi A4, and DCH also had a larger selection of CPOs than other dealerships in NY based on my online research of their inventories. Was greeted by John Fitzgerald who was very pleasant to deal with and was basically a 'no pressure' salesman. After looking at all the 2008 A4s on their lot we discussed prices, and John pretty much gave me their best offer, which I later accepted a couple days later. They detailed the car, painted a few scatches, filled up the gas tank, and the car was ready for pickup the same week. I took the NJ Transit from Manhattan and John offered picked me up from the train station. Overall a great purchasing experience, no problems or issues at all. Their CPO cars are also in very good condition with low miles. Alos, brought the car in for service the following week due to a small noise coming from engine, and within 2 hrs the repair had been made (faulty pressure valve) and I was on my way home. Excellent service center at DCH as well; quick service and friendly staff. More

From the moment I pulled up to DCH, I was treated like a VIP customer. A man was waiting outside in the parking lot with a tag already made up for my vehicle. He escorted me to the door and I was seen right away by Rob, a service advisor. He informed me up front what my costs would be prior to any services being performed. When I had a question about the service my car required, the service director, Alan, explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me several options for my vehicle. I was offered an iPad to use during my wait in the comfortable seating area, and there was a complimentary coffee bar as well. DCH goes above and beyond to keep their customers comfortable and informed while their vehicle is being taken care of. I will not go anywhere else for my Audi! More
