My first experience as a customer of DCH Millburn Audi was nothing but positive. The associate I worked with was extremely knowledagble and more than helpful when I was deciding between leasing an A6 and was nothing but positive. From the first phone conversation with Jake I just knew I was buying this car from him. I have purchased many new cars but this was my first used one, and being it was for my 17 year old son it's probably th was buying this car from him. He was upfront and honest about the overall condition of the vehicle and the figures and fees. That was very important being we were coming from over an hour away. When we got there he was waiting to greet us with no pressure he gave me and my son all the time we needed to look it over and test drive the car. When my son made the deceison that this was the car Jake sat with us to total all the figures and it was exactly what he said it would be on our earlier phone conversation. No games, no extra fees and no wasted time. When we went back to pick the car up it was all clean and sitting out front waiting, we were in and out in 30 minutes.
