Jake was very responsive to our needs. We switched what we were looking for and Jake was very patient with us. Our issue when getting a car is that once we strike a deal on price, we want to be done in the dealership quickly (had experience w a prior car where we were in a dealership for 3 hours to take possession). Jake was well aware of our needs and when we went to pick up the car, he made sure all of the paperwork was waiting for us and we were done in 10 minutes!! Although we got out of the dealership quickly, Jake has assured us that anytime we'd like, he's more than happy to show us how to use the gadgets in the car. (this is our 4th audi, so unlikely we will need the help, but nice to know it's there). Also, we have used the DCH service Department for years and they are quick, friendly and responsive and have leased a new car at DCH from Joe Sasso who was also very responsive and helpful. I'd recommend this dealership and Jake for pre-owned car sales!!! More

This dealer proved that all car dealers are not alike. I found them to be extremely honest, professional and diligent. Jake Auslander took my call and informed me that he had just taken in a car off lease that fit my request, but since it had only come in minutes before my call, instead of telling me what a great car it was, he waited to tell me more about it until he was able to personally inspect it to be sure he felt it was saleable. He did so in a timely manner and called me back promptly to let me know the condition of the car and the approximate price and did not pressure me in any way. When I learned more about the car I was interested enough in it to ask him to hold it for me until I could come and see it for myself, which he did without requesting a deposit. (Other dealers I spoke with by phone required a deposit to hold a car for me.) Hours later, I received a call from Jake notifying me that there had been some minor damage to the car while it was parked in the dealer’s lot and he sent me a picture of the damage, which he said they would fix without taking any shortcuts. He could have done that without telling me, but he chose to make the disclosure to avoid any appearance of impropriety and gave me the option of walking away from the deal. I was very impressed by this forthrightness. We arrived at a fair price, but I couldn’t take delivery on the car for five days due to my schedule, so Jake arranged for a loaner for that period of time. I am not sure all dealers would have done this, especially because I live out of state and it was a pretty long time to have a loaner out. When I did take delivery, the car was immaculate and completely prepared. The business process was completed timely and professionally. They were honest, ethical, professional and easy to work with, and there were no surprises and I was never pressured. When I am ready to purchase another Audi, I will go back to this dealer, even though I live about 90 miles away. More
