We've leased four Audis from DCH. The service before and after the transaction has been outstanding. On this last occasion the salesperson we worked with, Joe Sasso, promised to get us out of our current l after the transaction has been outstanding. On this last occasion the salesperson we worked with, Joe Sasso, promised to get us out of our current lease (which had nine months left to run) and into a new vehicle with better equipment at the same monthly cost as our old lease and no cash down. He delivered. All the paperwork was handled smoothly, and the car was ready the same day. My wife drives the car and has had a few occasions to bring our previous car in for minor problems (e.g., resyncing her cell phone to the bluetooth). The service has been quick and friendly, even for issues like that. We like buying local and from a dealer that is responsive and fair. More
