I could not have asked for a more pleasant car buying experience. It was hassle free with no pressure. Damien was friendly and knowledgable about the A4. I could never understand why I couldn't reasonably negotiate for a car without feeling like you were being beat up. Your spending good money and instead of being happy about your new car you are mad because the process is painful and drawn out on purpose. DCH Millburn was the exact opposite. Everyone was friendly. No highway pressure. I bought a 2011 CPO A4. The hood had a few nicks on it. I asked if it could be touched up. They insisted on painting the hood so I would be happy. It worked, I am happy. I was ready to buy from another Audi dealer, but they weren't serious about selling to me when I arrived for my appointment that morning. So I walked out, got in my car, called DCH Millburn and asked the gentleman who answered the phone, Joe Sasso, if a salesman would be available if I arrived within the next hour. Not only was he waiting for me when I arrived, he took the time to detail two different cars with me to ensure I got the vehicle that best suited my needs. Then he made me an offer that was really good, including a better trade-in value when the other dealer had just lowered the trade-in compared with what they had offered two months earlier. Joe was knowledgeable, nice, funny, and patient. Unlike the other dealership I had been at that morning, Joe did not bounce around from customer to customer. I was his sole focus while I was there. When I picked up the car a few days later, he sat in it with me and programmed the phone, radio and satellite stations, and then reviewed everything else I needed to know before I drove off the lot. Joe Sasso made it easy to do business with him. It was a good experience. And the car is gorgeous. More
After a poor experience with Princeton Audi I sent emails to five other area Audi dealers for their best price on a new S5 cabriolet. Within the hour DCH put me in contact with a salesperson, Don Kim. After discussing the options that I was looking for Don found a car on the lot. He contacted me again with another car that had one option that he thought was a good match and he explained why. He gave me an outstanding price. No haggling required. I asked him to hold the car and I drove to DCH the next day. I met with Don and I asked if I would be able to drive it off the lot that day. He hesitated and said that DCH likes to detail the car and check everything first and the car wasn't ready to be driven off the lot. We walked back to the lot and he was right, the car was so brand new that it was literally right off the boat and totally wrapped in Audi packaging. Don knew that I drove a distance to get the car so he arranged the car to be detailed and checked as I completed the paperwork and waited for a bit. Don was very knowledgeable about the car as he explained the features. The purchase was handled professionally and pleasantly. Even if you are not looking for an Audi I would consider buying one from DCH based on the positive sales experience alone. No stereotypical car sales hassle here. I wholeheartedly recommend DCH and Don Kim to anyone looking for a new Audi. Most of all the S5 has been a great car to drive. In comparison, I like it better than a BMW or Porsche. Audi has sold me on Audi and Don Kim helped make DCH my dealer of choice. More

Damien was not only very knowledgeable about his product, but he was also the most patient salesman that I had the pleasure of talking with. I never felt pressured to make a decision and he supported me whenever I needed to take time to think about it. It was that no pressure approach that helped put me at ease and made me feel confident that I was making the right decision. After I finally made the decision to move forward, DCH Millburn made the rest of the process incredibly quick and easy. I mean, who likes to feel like a "mark" the second the step onto the lot? I began at a local Audi dealership and, athough it wasn't a terrible experience, I couldn't help but having that sleazy dealership feeling after I left. I went home and continued my research. I found an s4 at DCH MIllburn Audi that was optioned exactly how I wanted it. I did all of my number crunching a gave them a call. Since DCH is 45 minutes from my home, I wanted to negotiate as much as I could before driving all the way out there. After telling the receptionist what I was looking for, I was passed along to Don Kim. Because I had read tons of reviews about DCH on Dealer Rater, the name "Don Kim" was already familiar in my mind. I told Don that I was 45 minutes away and wanted to negotiate on the phone. A few calls and a few emails later, we gave each other a virtual hand shake and I went to the dealership to pick the car up and sign the paperwork just hours later. The car was washed and prepped and I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with Don Kim's no xx approach to selling cars. I needed to buy a car and they needed to sell a car. The price was right and the car was sold. Too many dealerships have a culture of treating customers like victims; trying to squeeze every last penny out of them. Not Don Kim. Don is a proffesional and, although you'd think that's common place among luxury car salesmen, it's not.
