The problem with DCH is the lack of follow-up by the support team. As is the procedure when you buy a car, they handled getting the car the license plates but when I got the registration, it was the wrong name and address was incorrect. New Jersey motor vehicles advised me that the dealer needed to correct this (This same thing happened when I purchased an RX-350 from a nearby Lexus dealer who corrected the registration in two weeks). After personally going to the dealership to sort this out and being assured it would be handled very quickly, its now been three months and I have yet to be contacted by the dealership nor have I received the corrected registration. Emails are unanswered and attempts to call the dealership have resulted in being handed off to a voice mail system which won't allow you to connect to a human being. Next step is to take time off from work and drive down to DCH and try to sort this out AGAIN! So the rating is an average of the good experience with Jake and the bad experience with DCH. More

A few weeks ago my significant other leased an A7 through Karim and was extremely pleased. I have always had Mercedes and was not sure I wanted to switch to another make and model, however my lease was endin Karim and was extremely pleased. I have always had Mercedes and was not sure I wanted to switch to another make and model, however my lease was ending and I needed to make a decision. We called Karim and went in to meet with him. He was extremely kind and patient with all of my questions, concerns and confusion. He was very knowledgable in the different vehicles and spoke very highly of Audi vehicles and DCH specifically. We looked at the A4 at first and then I fell in love with the A5 Cabriolet. Never in a million years did I think I would ever get a convertible but Karim made me feel so confortable with my decision. He worked extremely hard to locate the exact color combination I wanted with navigation as well. He took such great care of us with both vehicles and we have never been happier. He is a wonderful salesman whose customer service is off the charts. We wish him much success at DCH. As a family we will now continue future leases at DCH Audi using Karim Moniem. He's simply the BEST. More

With Joe it's not about getting you into a new car but more importantly the right car (style, safety, color and COST). This latest transaction consisted of 4 emails and 2 visits to DCH. It can't get any easier!!! BTW we still own the 1993 Audi 100CS my family bought from DCH. I was just reminded of how different it is deal with Joe and DCH when I bought a new JEEP 3 weeks prior to the new Audi and well let's just say that some of the stereotype of car sales is still in practice.
