He was patient in listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Damien did not pressure me with sales pitches, which was key for me in shopping for a car. At the end of the day, with the help of Damien, I was able to find a vehicle to fit my needs. If you aren't planning to buy a car the date when you visit this dealer, don't even bother going there. They are too pushy, and in a very annoying way. I have visited one BMW dealer and another Audi dealer elsewhere, but this dealer was the only dealer where I had a bad experience. Some young looking Manager here has such an arrogant attitude. This is the second time I have leased an Audi from this dealership. In 2010, I called DCH Millburn at the advice of my mechanic (who insisted that I test drive an Audi A4 rather than lease a Mercedes 300) dealership. In 2010, I called DCH Millburn at the advice of my mechanic (who insisted that I test drive an Audi A4 rather than lease a Mercedes 300). I had the good fortune of speaking with Jake Auslander. Once I test drove the A4, I forgot all about the Mercedes! Jake provided exceptional service answering my every question. The price was right and the car was awesome. This year I "upgraded" to the A5. Again, I dealt with Jake who again provided exceptional service. Again the price was right and --this car is a dream!! It should be noted that I live closer to at least two Audi dealerships but I will only deal with DCH Millburn (&Jake!). More

I have owned or leased five AUDI A4’s in the past 13 years. The latest one is from DCH Millburn Audi. Having dealt with several sales associates at other Audi dealerships in central NJ, I can honestly years. The latest one is from DCH Millburn Audi. Having dealt with several sales associates at other Audi dealerships in central NJ, I can honestly say my latest experience with Joe Sasso at DCH Millburn Audi was by far the most pleasant and smooth. I told Joe my current lease will be up at the end of October, but I will be out of the country at that time, so I would like to enter a new lease before then. Joe took care of EVERYTHING! He got me out of the old lease w/o penalty and found me a new 2014 A4. Since this is my fifth A4, I am quite familiar with the car, no test drive or explanation of features necessary. Joe recommended exterior and interior color combination. That was it. I picked up the new car yesterday and it was the first time I saw the car. I am happy to say it looks great! This was the greatest car buying experience I ever had. No stress whatsoever. I wish every car buyer can experience what I just did. Thank you so much DCH Millburn Audi, especially Joe. More
I had been looking around for an Audi dealer to perform the first 5,000mi service on my brand new 2013 Audi S6. I had heard some bad things about the service department at the dealership I bought the car the first 5,000mi service on my brand new 2013 Audi S6. I had heard some bad things about the service department at the dealership I bought the car from, so I wasn't going there for sure. After looking at all of the dealers in NJ, and their ratings on this site and others, I decided to give a few of them a call. When Robert answered the phone at DCH Audi in Millburn, I immediately knew I had found the right place – despite the fact that it was 30 miles away from me. He acknowledged that I was not asking for too much, ensured me that they do take care of vehicles as if they were their own, and promised to give my car the special treatment I was asking for - all without making me feel like I was wasting his time on the phone, or that I was a quack! Now, just a little background on myself. I have been a car nut my whole life. I do all of my own maintenance and out of warranty repairs, I keep my paint meticulously clean with a rigorous self-washing and detailing procedure, and I don't even let valet parking guys drive my cars! So, it was going to be hard to find someone who understood my level of concern about my vehicle. Robert at DCH Audi was that person! So, I scheduled an appointment, which he graciously offered me a loaner, and was at DCH Audi within 1 week of my phone call. Let me just say that I wish my bedroom was as clean as the service shop at DCH Audi! Every lift had a car on it, every person was working. I was greated immediately when I entered the dealership, and made my way back to the service department where I introduced myself to Robert. He remembered our conversation from a week ago (without me saying anything other than my name) and called over the shop foreman to go over the work to be done to my vehicle (Audi Recommended vehicle updates and first service). I was confident that all of the work that was supposed to be done was going to be done (I had been following the Audi service bulletins and knew what needed to be done), and that it was going to be done with the same care as if I were to do it myself. Then my loaner car pulls up. It's a brand new A6! Seriously, less than 200 miles on it. When I bought my S6 it had about 200 miles on it! I couldn't be happier. And, since it was an A6, I was very familiar with the controls and everything so it was less painful to hand over my baby. Next morning I get a call that the work was done and drove back to pick up my car. I had asked them not to wash my car (remember the rigorous self-washing and detailing procedure LOL), so they didn’t, which actually made me happy as well. I got the same friendly attitudes as before from everyone, and my car was pulled up within 3 minutes of my arrival, and off I went. Before I left the lot, I popped my hood to make sure everything looked good, and my critical eye couldn’t find one fingerprint, one smudge of grease, or anything out of the ordinary at all. That’s what was promised, and that’s what I got. A day or two later, I pop my hood (which I regularly do to admire the 4.0 TFSI engine in the S6), and I notice the coolant in the expansion tank was a tad below the low line. During my service, they had replaced the coolant thermostat which meant the system would need to be refilled and bled. Often times, despite a proper bleeding, air will still work its way out of the system and the level will drop a bit more as the vehicle is driven. I didn’t have any Audi specific coolant so I started looking online to purchase some as I didn’t want to drive back to the dealer just to have my car topped off. I emailed Robert asking for suggestions and he just wanted to know my address so he could send me a Liter of the Audi coolant! Now that really is going above and beyond in my opinion… I couldn’t be happier. More
I went to this dealership due to a flat tire on my new Audi Q5, which was purchased 5 months ago. However, they said the cut was too large to fix and they don't have the stock of the same tires to replace, I decided to purchase new tires at DCH Millburn Audi. Robert Velasquez greeted me very friendly, and instead of taking me to purchase new tires (they did have in stock as I checked with the parts department), he insisted on checking whether it is fixable. Fortunately, the tire was fixed in a very professional way. And more important, it is free! I also get the tire rotations, tire pressure adjustment and car wash, all finished in about 30 minutes and all for free!!! It did surprise me a lot and I tried to give him $20 as tip, but Robert didn't accept. What could I say for such excellent service with no charge at all, which could easily cost me several hundreds of dollars somewhere else? Robert was very nice and friendly. The waiting area is also great, very nice sofa and coffee, cookies, and super fast wifi and even desktop computers for customers to use. BTW, the car purchase process was also very pleasant with Joe Sasso. I was just too lazy to write a review at that time. More

After a brief conversation with Joe it was easily understood that I needn't shop around for my Audi and I've come to the right place and I am getting what i want only better...it was one of the most easiest shopping experience i ever had...Joe made it super easy for me...I would say say easier than getting a cup of coffee.. Frances was very warm & helpful got us through the paperwork super quick...after all you want to drive that Audi as soon as possible ... :) Thank you Joe for helping me through this, I know whom to come to and refer my friends & family to, for my next Audi. I didnt know what I was missing out on until stepping on the gas pedal of my 2013 A4. The Guys at Audi and particularly DCH Audi @ Millburn have earned themselves a loyal customer!. Everything from model selection to finance felt unpressured and easy. Their service bay looks very roomy and the rest of the associates were very professional and courteous, I even had the administrative assistant apologize to me because of a slight delay when I took delivery of my vehicle that day. I was not planning on buying a car that day but with the service and how we were treated, how much they gave me on my 2004 Freelander trade in along with the Audi Incentives definitely convinced me I could not have gotten a better deal elsewhere!. It has been a few weeks since buying the car and I still look back at it everytime I park it!, the ride quality is superb and the cabin VERY quiet!. For a compact sedan it feels roomy for 4 adults and for a 2 Liter turbo this thing FLIES!. This will be the car I will hand down to my kids, but it wont be my last Audi for sure!
