Audi Millburn

We entered DCH bc it is close to our home and had already visited (1) and spoken to (2) other Audi dealers. The first dealership gave me a general and inflated quote ("somewhere in the area of ...."). No f visited (1) and spoken to (2) other Audi dealers. No follow up in any way even though I had a. expressed specific timing, b. done thorough research to show interest and intent and c. spent considerable time at their dealership. The second dealer never game me a price and the third quoted a price too high for my intended budget. Looking back, I realize that without my husband accompanying me, the 1st dealer did not actually believe I was a true buyer. Shameful but I'm sure of that now. DCH was my last stop in pursuing an Audi Q5. I was greeted warmly by Tarik who was extraordinarily knowledgeable about the Q5. He listened carefully to my questions & concerns and most importantly, spoke with intelligence and respect. We test drove the car where Tarik pointed out additional features of the Q5. No pressure, no sales-y talk, just a straightforward experience. Now time for the numbers. Tarik introduced me to the manager, John where we briefly discussed my recent Audi dealership experiences, the intent to lease (within 2 weeks), the options I desired in the car, and the budget. Within a few minutes, we came to an agreed price; simple, clean, no haggling or watching a salesperson walk back and forth into an office for price negotiatons. Overall, Tarik made this a very pleasant experience and did not waste a minute of my time. I walked out with a written agreement that John, Tarik and I had come to within 10 minutes of conversations. Days later we agreed on the deal and put a deposit on the car. Tarik followed up appropriately over every aspect of this negotion and signing of the new lease. He kept us informed about timing of the car coming in, the prep,, made our appt with the finance manager, and oversaw every detail possible. Our rating for Tarik- excellent. Our rating for the finance manager...not so. Our first appt to finalize the lease was delayed because of the finance managers inability to manage his time with customers. One was running almost at least a 1/2 hour over their appt and the next was running late which put us well over an hour wait. Tarik worked hard at making our case for keeping the appt. time, but the finance manager had a diff. agenda. Tarik was extremely apologetic and compensated us with some Audi gifts with true sincerely. My husband rescheduled for the next day which involved a reorganizing his day. At the appt., the finance manager tried to re-negotiate our lease deal by adding an additional lease payment onto the front end of the deposit; not the agreed upon terms. My husband handled this, but it was without apology and without a sense of honesty for this mistake. Tarik once again took the time to review the car with me and followed up the next day to see if I had any questions or needed his help with anything. I would highly recommend him for an potential Audi customer w/out hesitation. I truly felt he had his customer's best interest as his priority and he works with solid integrity. More

I was shopping around for a new A4 and spoke to many Audi dealers, both local and within an hour from my home. I gave Don a pretty rough time and he was very patient with me throughout the entire negotiation process. Don worked out a great deal on a Monsoon Grey car, I had originally went in for a black car but saw the grey car and changed my mind, he had the car in stock with the options I was looking for. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and polite and treated my wife and kids with the utmost respect. This was probably the best vehicle purchase I have made. I would recommend DCH to friends and family and will be back in the future for service, even though I have another Audi dealership 10 minutes from home. I am extremely happy with my car. More

My husband and I went back to our car, talked it over, and decided to go for it! Jake really helped make our decision to buy here. I never felt pressured or backed into a corner. I went to DCH Audi after having visited other Audi dealers looking for a pre-owned A4. I was greeted warmly by Damien who patiently showed me several cars. However, I ultimately fell in love with a brand new A4 on the showroom floor and could not get it out of my mind. I did not feel pressured at all but rather respected as a customer and, much to my surprise, made the decision to get the new A4. Damien made the deal work and I walked away with the car of my dreams. I couldn't be happier! He even spent almost an hour with me at pick up going through all the ins and outs of setting up all the media, telephone and navigation systems.
