I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Audi at DCH Millburn Audi and had a great experience. From the test drive to, to negotiation and financing to taking delivery of the car, Jake was terrific. I visited the dealership on a Wednesday afternoon and picked the car up the next day. I arrived a few minutes early to the dealership and they were completely ready for me. In just 20 minutes the paperwork was done and Jake was pairing my phone to the cars' bluetooth, setting up Homelink for my garage opener and showing me the finer points of the car. Throughout the process I was treated like family. Everyone from the manager John and General Sales Manager Al Khouri made sure that I was taken care of. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone!!! Not even my worse enemy! The entire experience left a very bad impression on us. We called ahead to let Jake Auslander know that we were heading in to check out a certified 2011 Audi A4 wagon- stock #MD40641T. We arrived approx. 45 mins of making the phone call (1:15 pm). The showroom was dimly lit, the receptionist was not friendly, and Jake was no where to be found. Another salesman was called to assist us; however, he could not find the keys to the car we were hoping to purchase. He began swearing loud enough for us to hear him. Once he found the key, he advised us that he would pullnthe car up in order for us to take a look while waiting for Jake. This car was filthy inside and out! It had not been prepped at all. We were appalled that a Dealership would present a $27,999 car in this condition. After 5 mins of looking at such mess, we decided to hand the keys back to the swearing salesman before leaving. We phone the Dealership a short time after leaving and advised Jake that we left in discuss, due to the mess we were presented with. His response was- "I guess we should have cleaned the car before hand". What an awful experience to go thru after driving so far to spend money on a vehicle in which we later found so close to our home. We purchased a 2010 Audi A4 wagon from Jack Daniels in Fair Lawn, NJ. If you guys want to learn how to become a class act; please visit any of Jack Daniels dealerships to immolate what they are doing! Had my heart set on an A6 3.0 sport in silver and found out that DCH had the one I wanted in stock. Was able to connect with Leo over the phone and then email and within a 24 hour time period, drove off i out that DCH had the one I wanted in stock. The whole process was informative, comforting, trusting and at then with the price I got, extremely fair and satisfying. My whole experience there was a Five star experience, which to me was a big achievement, in consideration I had been in 3 Audi dealerships in the past 3 days. Even after the sale as Leo spent time in the car with me reviewing the operation, I was amazed at the time he spent making sure I was comfortable with what I was looking at. No matter the fact I live in Bergen County, I will be making my way back to DCH for my next car. Experience had at DCH made the 45 minute trip well worth it, especially considering there are 4 dealerships within 20 minutes from me!! More

When we saw the 2014 Audi A4 in Volcanic Red on the showroom floor, we fell in love with it! After a few minutes of looking around, Tony introduced us to Tarik Awadallah, our salesperson. Tarik was very friendly, warm, and professional. We informed them both that we were "just looking." Tarik offered us refreshments and made us feel comfortable. Tarik asked us several questions, and before we knew it, we were signing a contact for the 2014 Audi A4 in Volcanic Red that was on the showroom floor. Tarik and Tony were able to get the lease price of the vehicle within our budget. The next day, Tarik was very diligent in contacting us to inform of the status of the paperwork and the car. On the day that we picked up the car, the car was nice and clean. Tarik was very patient and took his time to review all of the features of the car. Additionally, he offered to come to our home if we experienced any issues with the Home Link for the our garage. That was a very kind gesture. I went in yesterday to take a look at a BMW 128i from DCH Millburn Audi's Used Car Inventory. John is a very frank, laid-back guy that actually really tries to work things out with his customers. I did my research and had an idea that the car was already listed for a great price considering the average market value. So there was no need to play stressful mind-games about negotiating which takes out the worst part about buying cars, but to my further satisfaction, John was willing to give me a great price on my trade-in. After this point, going through my financing options was a breeze with the very nice lady at their finance office. She was also very cooperative and friendly and gave me an awesome deal for their extended warranty. Apart from the buying process, their facility is bright, clean, and well-kept. Overall, I had a great time which I never expected to attribute to car dealerships. DCH Millburn Audi truly lives up to their name of "Delivering Customers Happiness!!!" More

The entire sales experience was excellent. I was helped by Joe Sasso, he was outstanding. This is the second Audi purchased from DCH and Joe Sasso. We wanted to get out of our A6 lease early(we had 3 mon by Joe Sasso, he was outstanding. This is the second Audi purchased from DCH and Joe Sasso. We wanted to get out of our A6 lease early(we had 3 months left on the lease) for a Q7. He was able to get us out of the A6 early without any out of pocket cost. We were very happy with the price/monthly payments on the new Q7. We literally drove in at 9am with an A6 and drove away with a new Q7 within hours. I cant explain how great and easy the entire process was. There is no reason for me to buy at another Audi dealership or from another salesperson. Ultimately, Joe Sasso and DCH will have this AUDI customer for life. More
