When not obligated to help, expect nothing I had my worst experience ever with this dealership. I purchased my A4 off the lease, and was told by the sales department how long my vehicle would I had my worst experience ever with this dealership. I purchased my A4 off the lease, and was told by the sales department how long my vehicle would last. I paid extra to certify it up to 100,000 miles and financed the purchase with Audi Financial with the dealership knowing full well it would take me well past 100,000 miles. The dealership never bothered to tell me that A4's are known to have serious issues with the timing chain. At 115,000 miles, the timing chain faltered, which required the installation of a new engine. Since it was then out of warranty, the dealership offered to do next to nothing and the service manager Alan Palma was incredibly rude and arrogant. To manage such on line bad reviews, you can expect Mr. Palma to send his famous reply that starts with "My name is Alan Palma, Service Manager at DCH Millburn Audi" to lead into his misleading account of what actually transpired. If you own an Audi under warranty where the dealership is required to to address problems, you will have no issues. If you expect true customer service based on your loyalty (i had referred several car purchasers to this dealer) and owned more than one Audi), but the dealership is not obligated to do anything - expect nothing! More

We worked out a fair trade-in value and final purchase price. Shook hands through the phone and deal was done. There was no xx, he was very professional and the car was exactly what he described and how it looked in the pictures online. Upon arriving to pick up the car, everything worked out as planned with minimal wait at dealership. Jake was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Previous long distance purchases and in person visits at other dealerships have not been as smooth or upfront and honest. I will certainly consider buying from Jake and/or DCH in the future if they have what I am looking for. Thank you for the great experience Jake and DCH!! More

I did a good amount of research and got quotes on Audi A3s from numerous dealerships in New York and NJ and Joe's was by far the best. On top of the good pricing, Joe also knew the product well. He was able to explain the different packages and what they include but did not try and up-sell me on anything I did not need. I was able to test drive the car and drive it off the lot in a very timely fashion. I would absolutely do business with Joe again. More

No high pressure sales tactics, no incessant follow-up phone calls, no pretending to be my best friend or telling me about all the special deals he could give me that no one else could. Joe gave me a fair price from the beginning and I felt like his only concern with making sure everything was exactly the way I wanted. Since I realize I am a tough negotiator, somewhat demanding in my approach and often come off rude for that reason, after the deal was closed I tried to slip Joe $100 tip for taking care of me the way he did.
