Incredible low ball on my trade in I did buy a CPO Audi, but not from Millburn Audi. They advertise great prices on vehicles, but in my experience, quoted an extremely low ball offer I did buy a CPO Audi, but not from Millburn Audi. They advertise great prices on vehicles, but in my experience, quoted an extremely low ball offer on my trade-in, almost $3000 less then two other Audi dealers in the area. Jake Auslander was indifferent to any attempts to increase the trade-in value and seem disinterested in working with me. This is was one of the worst over-all dealership experiences I have had with a so called "luxury brand" and was a general waste of my time. I expect alot more when trying to buy a $50,000+ vehicle. More

Upon going, he had narrowed down the car that would best suit me, and A3. He presented me with a few different leasing options and it was fairly easy for me to pick the one that worked best for me. He explained all of the new features in the 2015 car and I then went for a test drive. He answered all of the questions I had and the choice to go with the Audi car was a no brainer. He was able to deliver the car to me ahead of when I had asked for it to be ready. This was the best new car experience I've had. The finance manager also was very helpful in explaining the different types of coverage available for my car. More
