Good communication when I was waiting for the car to be delivered. Joe kept me updated on when I the car would be there and when it would be ready to be picked up. Taking delivery of the car was a great experience and everyone at the dealership treated me great and were very helpful. Would recommend this dealer and Joe to anyone looking for a new car. More

I go in and it's sold saying there was a deposit on it, meaning it's been had a deposit on it and they've been playing with me , drove 240 miles for nothing. Avoid this place at all costs, when I said my offer which was near kkb value he got Mad and said I would not be getting service from them or warranty. More

I felt they genuinely were concerned with the issue of an indicator light that continued to show up after necessary repairs. After roughly 2 months dealing with false advertising dealers, where they either post pictures of different vehicles or list deals to get you into the door only to explain the super fine print and why your not eligible for that deal, I found DCH Millburn Audi and was put into contact with Jake Auslander.. Jake immediately contacted me, giving me HONEST answers to ALL my questions. The vehicle was exactly as depicted in the advertisement and Jake himself was an absolute pleasure in assisting me. At no point in time did I feel Jake was trying to sell me a vehicle, did I feel any sort of pressure to make a purchase and not waste his time like I've experienced with other dealers. Jake simply assisted me in making a decision I would be happy with. During the transaction, Jake remained attentive and courteous, even though the sale was already assured. He continued to offer his services to facilitate the transaction to make it easy and smooth for me. I can tell you honestly, this was the absolute best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had in my life, and I highly recommend to anyone seeking an Audi to check out this dealership!
