I go in and it's sold saying there was a deposit on it, meaning it's been had a deposit on it and they've been playing with me , drove 240 miles for nothing. Avoid this place at all costs, when I said my offer which was near kkb value he got Mad and said I would not be getting service from them or warranty. More

Avoid This dealership!! Went in to check out an A4 and wasn't looking to buy right away, asked for a test drive and the sales person went to get someone else to help me. I mean no one likes getting passed around by different salesmen.. then the guy told me it would take an hour to get me a test drive.. then I asked about an A3 to test drive and he said the A3 is an awful car and overpriced.. I mean really dude? what kind of sales person are you? He asked me if I wanted to buy today I said no but I will in the future, I'm sure if I said I wanted to buy he would have me test driving in a matter of minutes.. THIS DEALERSHIP WILL NOT HAVE MY FUTURE BUSINESS!!! More

I felt they genuinely were concerned with the issue of an indicator light that continued to show up after necessary repairs. DCH Millburn Audi and Audi USA are true to their customers...they stand behind their vehicles and have customer service like none other. After roughly 2 months dealing with false advertising dealers, where they either post pictures of different vehicles or list deals to get you into the door only to explain the super fine print and why your not eligible for that deal, I found DCH Millburn Audi and was put into contact with Jake Auslander.. Jake immediately contacted me, giving me HONEST answers to ALL my questions. The vehicle was exactly as depicted in the advertisement and Jake himself was an absolute pleasure in assisting me. At no point in time did I feel Jake was trying to sell me a vehicle, did I feel any sort of pressure to make a purchase and not waste his time like I've experienced with other dealers. Jake simply assisted me in making a decision I would be happy with. During the transaction, Jake remained attentive and courteous, even though the sale was already assured. He continued to offer his services to facilitate the transaction to make it easy and smooth for me. I can tell you honestly, this was the absolute best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had in my life, and I highly recommend to anyone seeking an Audi to check out this dealership! "In a word....OUTSTANDING" A tip of the hat to Millburn Audi...It just doesn't get any better folks...Its the end of Feb. 2015...We were looking for a used luxury car for my sis A tip of the hat to Millburn Audi...It just doesn't get any better folks...Its the end of Feb. 2015...We were looking for a used luxury car for my sister in law , Dakota (age 25). I'm the "car guy" in the family, so I rolled my sleeves up and dove in. Research for her particular needs led us to 2 choices:...The Infiniti M35x AWD or the Lexus GS350 AWD...(2006 through 2008 date range put us in the 10K-15K price range). Plenty to be found in the NY. NJ. CT area. I spent several days calling dealerships, researching, crunching the numbers for value, traveling the tri state area, test driving, etc. I'm not one to just buy quickly, Its got to be an amazing car for a great price. Well I can imagine if your reading this, you might be in the same boat as I. Possibly stressed and discouraged by salespeople who either just don't want to give you the time, or who mislead you just to get you in the door, only to be disappointed by the condition of the automobile (after driving an hour or so each way...very annoying)... Well look no further. Do yourself a favor and call DCH Millburn Audi if it looks like they have a car your looking for. I found our 2006 M35x with 75K miles on craigslist that fit the bill. But they have cars on auto trader and cars dot com etc... I called and spoke with John "fitz" and in my 30+ years of driving and buying cars, I have yet to have a better experience. You will be treated professionally from start to finish. I guarantee it. We weren't buying new, but you would never know it by the professionalism and courteousness we received . They only sell high end luxury. All the used cars they sell are cars that were meticulously maintained. (So important when dealing in high end cars)...My jaw dropped at first sight of our M35, and after driving it, the love affair has begun. We purchased the car at a great price.(at the lower end of or budget range if you can believe that) ...We financed and even though Dakota has basically no credit, with a few thousand down, she was qualified with Chase (a REAL bank) with very affordable payments. That's where Bob the Finance Manager comes in. He gets it done, and done right. You're never pressured or over-sold, but you are made aware of the different buying options in terms of added insurances like Lojack, etc ... I could go on and on, but bottom line...our pre-owned 2006 Infiniti M35X looks, feels, drives and truly is like new. The 2 hour drive home last night has put a permanent smile on Dakota's face. I will be back. More
AWESOME EXPERIENCE Just bought a new (CPO) car. I took delivery on Monday night from a different dealership. When leaving the dealership with the new car, we realized t Just bought a new (CPO) car. I took delivery on Monday night from a different dealership. When leaving the dealership with the new car, we realized that one of the keys was not working. They told me not to worry, that I could just get it "bonded" on my first service at 5,000 miles. The next morning, I went out to my car, and NEITHER key was working, so I had to use the alternate key pressed up against the "braille" Icon. I called the dealership where I bought the car, and they worked with me to fit me in for Saturday morning. On a whim tonight, I stopped at DCH in MIllburn, which is closer to my house, without an appointment or anything. Miguel came right out to speak to me. Turns out that BOTH of my keys had dead batteries- they did not need to be "bonded" at all. Bizarre. He was great, and answered a bunch of other questions too! What a great experience- so nice, solved my issue, no hassle, no appointment, no wait. Thank you Miguel! More
