As my 1st leasing experience with Joe, all the paperwork was DONE, just signatures needed...my car was cleaned and parked right in the front. I've leased my entire driving years and this has been the only salesman to show he honestly cares for you and your situation and goes above and beyond. I tell him what i want/need and boom it's done, no hassle. I pass a few Audi dealers on my way to DCH and that's ok because I KNOW I will not get the care and honesty like Joe has always provided. He doesn't treat you like a customer, he treats you like family. More
Go here for a 3 hour oil change With an appointment it takes 3 hours to do an oil change and they don't give loner cars. Unless you have too much free time, go somewhere else. Terrible service DCH Millburn Audi sent us on our way July 15th with a bad tire. We had come to them with two damaged tires (nails). They replaced one and they swore to me the other was safe. Well, we just got stuck in Baltimore with a flat tire during our 800 mile trip. Dealerships in Baltimore were all closed. No Pirelli Scorpion Zero 20" tires were in stock anywhere near us. Roadside assistance could only offer to tow the car to a dealer and give us a rental leaving us stuck in Baltimore until Monday. We tried to buy another brand of tire and were advised by the tire store we would have had to replace all four because of the Quattro all wheel drive. You cannot have different treads in different wheels or you can damage the car. I should state I have tire insurance. I assume if I didn't they would have advised I purchase two new tires at the dealer on the 15th. We also assume they were trying to save money and didn't want to give us two free new tires. Instead they only gave us the one new tire and said the other one was fine and not leaking air. Shame on you for putting my family at risk on the road. Also, I am terribly angry the first part of our vacation has been ruined. We may be trading in the car Monday - we deserve better service than Audi and this dealership has given us. More

Incredibly unprofessional, and discourteous Initially talked to a salesman whom i got off the wrong foot with. Very courteous of them, so i decided to come in, give them a shot, and left a deposit of $ 500.00 on 18 July for a vehicle. Along the way, i came across a different deal that was more enticing so i went with the latter. Trying to obtain my $ 500.00 dollars back has been one of the most challenging tasks i have ever endured. Tougher than my 3 tours in the middle east as an active duty service member. Been promised " 10 days " , then a " few days " , then " 2 days ". Been transferred then transferred with no answers for couple weeks. Today, now 17 August, almost a month later, i turn to my bank account and see another $ 500.00 being withdrawn from DCH AUDI. I have absolutely no clue what heinous activity and tom foolery is going on down there in DCH but this is unacceptable. I dont even believe 'John" whom i spoke with, is even the manager. Why i have to wait almost a month to get a straight, honest, answer is appalling. There goes a mysterious $1000.00 down. More
